A list which comprises both the major and the more peripheral
Win 8 game mini-league and stay up
Resolve #FFP "Issue"
Rebuild the QPR Team for next season. If go down, massive turnover
Decide/Hire a New Manager
Hire a CEO
Decide if the Chairman is staying or going
Status of Warren Farm
Status of New Stadium
Announce date of Promised Fan Forum (by the end of the season)
Announce new kits for 2014-15 (with fan involvement as seemingly said would)
(Maybe one day change the Briatore-left-behind QPR Logo)
Say goodbye to SWP

1) Win some effing games.
2) Actually start earning your massive salaries and win some sodding games.
3) Do some defending for a change. You know, that 'keeping the ball out of Rob Green's net for 90 minutes' business that we don't seem to be very good at.
4) That's it, really.

Definitely a new CEO (Someone with a footballing Pedigree) See if we can retain some out of contract players who could do a job in the Championship (Barton, Henry, Hoilett, Ale, any other?)

I pretty much despise Barton...And I doubt he'd want to stay. But, I think if we're going avoid plummeting straight through into League One, we're going to need to fight and regroup next season...

Can't wait to say cheerio to SWP, Fedinand (Rio) and even Green whom had played well in some games and crap in others - His England recall says more about the state of English football more than him playing exceptionally well. Will Hill retire? Will Dunne move on or retire? Can we hang on to Austin whom has been our one saving grace? Young Furlong has been thrown in at the deep end and I hope this does not hinder his development.
Caulker needs a kick up the arse too. He had some quality but I think he left some of it in Cardiff.
Also, just what does Bond offer? Ramsey should have been allowed to bring in his own team. Agree with most of what Mac suggests needs addressing.
We also need to have a manager that has a style he wants to play and then get the players in to do it.

I think QPR should review the FA website where all players who are out of contract at the end of the season are listed. We could build a viable squad of free transfers at the start of the summer and then concentrate on coaching on fitness and tactics. Add to this some youth players and some loans. I do want to see another 5 players turn up on August 15th and another 6 on deadline day. We might only end up in the bottom half of the championship but at least we will not increase our losses.

1) Pick up 4 points MINIMUM from next 2 games, or plan for Championship.
2) If we stay up - clear out dead wood, bring in hungry players with something to prove.
3) If we go down - see 2) above
