According to Vital Football/Nott Forest "....Vital Forest can confirm that a deal to bring QPR's Dexter Blackstock to the City Ground is done and he is now finally a Forest player, after agreeing personal terms with the Reds'. The signing of Blackstock, along with those of McGoldrick and Adebola will just about complete the NFFC strike force for next season.. www.forest.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=156220

But not Camp! Also that is a pretty useful set of strikers to add to Earnshaw

Seriously not happy about this. Was Dex making Helgusson feel bad in training by being able to hit the barn door? Why does it feel for every half-step we take forward we take 5 steps back.

THEORETICALLY, if we to take the 2 million + for Blackstock and put it in the pool of money we're going to be using to sign players, could be an ok deal. The trouble is, few think we're actually going to be spending much. Lets see re Beckford and Cox and where they end up and for how much.

I hope Dex stays myself. I think he has a lot to offer.

I hope he goes and we get straight up hard cash for him, stop laughing at the back, theres nothing wrong with dreaming. The Reality I'm sure will unfortunately be a highly convuluted deal involving a derisory cash + League 1 players deal like Nathan Tyson or awful injury prone Robert Earnshaw, its so depressing lol.
