From ClubCall more on Hulse possible move to Crewe Hulse set for exit Queens Park Rangers,10:06, September 13, 2012 The striker appears to have no future at Loftus Road and was not included in Mark Hughes' 25 man Premier League squad so a move away on loan looks to be on the cards. Crewe boss Steve Davis is in a battle with Uwe Rosler's Brentford for the 32-year-old who has been a favourite for the Railwaymen in the past. ; You have him - no, you have him. No, after you, you have him.

Bothroyd played for Wednesday last evening and apparently didn't move. His tweet sort of confirms that, "My first game for months was happy to get 85 mins obviously it will take a few games to get 100%."

18/09/2012 by David McIntyre Blackpool are still trying to finalise a deal to re-sign DJ Campbell on loan from QPR. The striker, who left Bloomfield Road to join the R’s last year, is not in manager Mark Hughes’ plans and has been told he can leave. Former Rangers boss Ian Holloway is keen to take Campbell back to the north-west, where he scored 13 goals during Blackpool’s season in the Premier League. Campbell’s current wages meant Holloway initially doubted he would be able to land the 30-year-old, but significant progress was made last week and an agreement is almost in place. “There’s been progress but nothing really definite,” Hughes told West London Sport. “I’m sure he will go out on loan and it will benefit him, but at the moment I don’t think it’s imminent.” Rangers recently accepted an offer from Bristol City for Campbell but he was reluctant to make the move. Hughes added: “DJ’s a good player and things have been a bit difficult for him. “But I made a decision early on that the likelihood was that he wouldn’t be able to get into my team, simply because of the options I have.” www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/blackpool-look5-to-seal-campbell-loan-17deal?

QPR POISED TO MAKE MOVE FOR JOHN GUIDETTI QPR look set to swoop in for a Man City whizzkid in January Thursday September 20,2012 By Daily Express reporter Have your say(0) QPR are poised to make a January move to sign on loan Manchester City whizzkid John Guidetti as a replacement for the injured Andy Johnson. Striker Johnson is out for 10 months after damaging cruciate knee ligaments last Saturday against Chelsea. Swede Guidetti, who scored 20 goals during 23 games on loan to Dutch club Feyenoord last term, has been hunted by a host of Premier League sides. If City block the move, QPR boss Mark Hughes may go for Roque Santa Cruz, on loan at Malaga from City, and whom he has worked with at both Blackburn and City. www.express.co.uk/posts/view/347109?

Also The Mail MAIL - QPR set to make move for City striker Guidetti to replace crocked forward Johnson By RIATH AL-SAMARRAI PUBLISHED: 01:12 EST, 20 September 2012 | UPDATED: 01:12 EST, 20 September 2012 Comments (0) Share QPR boss Mark Hughes is planning to sign Manchester City striker John Guidetti to replace injured striker Andy Johnson. Hughes hopes to tie up the emerging Swedish star on a loan deal in January to replace the one time England striker. Loan star: John Guidetti is wanted by QPR Guidetti, 20, spent last season on loan at Feyenoord and rattled in an impressive 20 goals in 23 games — including three hat-tricks in four matches. Johnson looks set to miss most of the season after suffering cruciate ligament damage against Chelsea on Saturday. Injury blow: Andy Johnson leaves the field after picking up an injury against Chelsea The 31-year-old, making only his second start for the club, was replaced by Jamie Mackie during the first half of the goalless draw and Rangers confirmed on Monday that he will be out for a 'prolonged' period because of the injury to his left knee. The former Everton striker has fought frequent battles against injuries and missed a large chunk of the 2009-10 campaign for Fulham with a severe knee injury. Johnson, who has won eight caps for England, joined Rangers on a two-year contract in the summer after his Fulham deal expired. Hughes was initially hopeful Johnson would make a speedy return. 'AJ felt something in his knee. We hope he's going to be okay, but it's a little bit of worry,' Hughes said after the game. 'You need players like AJ in the squad because they give so much. We'll send him for a scan over the next few days and hopefully he'll be okay.' www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2205928/QPR-want-Manchester-City-striker-John-Guidetti-loan.html#ixzz26zO3ORrn

Blackpool Gazette Hughes on future of DJ DJ Campbell Published on Thursday 20 September 2012 09:14 QPR boss Mark Hughes says he doesn’t expect DJ Campbell’s loan move to be sealed any time soon. The striker has agreed terms with Blackpool over a three-month deal. However, Pool don’t want the striker to return to his parent club before the busy Christmas period, so want to wait at least another week before signing the star. Hughes confirmed: “There’s been progress but nothing really definite. I’m sure he will go out on loan and it will benefit him, but at the moment I don’t think it’s imminent.” Campbell will be forced to leave Loftus Road after being left out of their 25-man Premier League squad. Hughes added: “DJ’s a good player and things have been a bit difficult for him. “But I made a decision early on that the likelihood was he wouldn’t be able to get into my team, simply because of the options I have.” www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sport/football/blackpool-fc/hughes-on-future-of-dj-1-4941552

Luke Young Staying (But Not Playing) Chronicle Luke Young set for QPR stay By Matt Lewis Sep 21 2012 CROCKED Luke Young looks set to remain at Queens Park Rangers until January. The 33-year-old was left out of the 25-man squad Mark Hughes submitted to the Premier League earlier this month. Rangers had been hoping to offload the former England international before the close of the summer window at the end of August. A move did not materialise and Young was expected to leave Loftus Road after the emergency loan window opened on September 8. However the experienced full-back picked up an injury and has now undergone a hip operation to leave him stranded in west London while he recovers. “Luke has had a procedure on his hip and is now recuperating,” Rangers boss Hughes confirmed to the Chronicle. “He is not fit at the moment so he is not around. I would think it would be more likely that it would be nearer to the next window before he would be fit and well and looking to go out on loan.” Young arrived at QPR from Aston Villa in the summer of 2011 but has fallen down the pecking order since Hughes replaced Neil Warnock at the helm. Previously with Tottenham and Charlton, Young made 23 league appearances for Rangers last season and has seven England caps to his name. www.fulhamchronicle.co.uk/london-qpr/2012/09/21/luke-young-set-for-qpr-stay-82029-31876920/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter#ixzz275avYKM7
