And of course, Sousa willful refual to play Vine and Buzsaky even though they had clearly proven themselves two of the best players under De Canio - well if that doesn't justify making a managerial change, not sure what more you need.

We lose 1-0 to top team. How close the teams are. Having goal scorers is important. Now with two strikers Blackstock can score. So the one striker bloke goes home Bstck goes north. Last week we get three goals, none by a striker.
So I says to myself I says. We did good. Finish 10th sans striker. For an owner that likes to make money on fast cars and drivers, in football who needs speed and accuracy. Why didnt he buy himself a Corps de Ballet, dance around the bloody stage and make no moves on anyone.

Just remember of course that Sousa didn't have Vine or Helgusson for much. He wasnt bought the striker he supposedly wanted. And Blackstock - somehow ended up in Nottingham

He bought all the midfielders he could. Does Portugal play without much striking presence. eus would know. Besides he wasnt allowed to talk to management so in frutration he talked to a fan. What a madhouse.

What a madhouse. Portugal and Portuguese teams generally play with a single striker with lots of goals from midfield (but actually mirroring QPR at the moment i.e. can't score), however it helps if your midfield has included Figo, Ronaldo, Rui Costa, Simao, Deco etc

I hope that this result and Burnley with dissuade the club from hiring Ainsworth as first team coach. His popularity would disappear quicker than a vapour trail and doing as your told isn't the same as being a good coach/manager

We played well if not slightly better than them. We did give the ball away a bit too much in the first half, and then in the second it cost a goal. We also had glorious chances and Wolves were nothing special except Jarvis who is always dangerous. Helguson was abysmal.
