Football League - FAMILY CLUB OF THE YEAR
This award will recognise the club in each division delivering the best experience for families.
One of the most important challenges facing Football League clubs is getting the next generation of fans into their grounds.The League's 'Fans of the Future, supported by E.ON' initiative has sought to encourage more young fans and families into grounds by offering free or heavily discounted tickets to kids.
Additionally, each season, teams of mystery shoppers visit all League clubs to judge whether they are offering an outstanding family experience.With those that are being recognised with The Football League's Family Excellence Award.
These clubs are then considered for the prestigious Family Club of the Year award.This is awarded by division so a sponsor will receive coverage across three award categories.
Last season's winners were Norwich City, Huddersfield Town and Wycombe Wanderers.Wycombe then went on to win a national customer service award with their stewarding team beating the likes of Butlins.
