Obviously if stay up or go down, will be the primary thing. But five years from now (and obviously only first half of season gone), what do you think will remember: The obvious ones of course: Our first season back The Departure of Briatore & Ecclestone. The arrival of Fernandes (and "Reinstatement" of Bhatia) The Axing of Warnock...The appointment of Hughes The signing of Barton, Wright-Phillips etc Talk (and maybe more) re Training ground/academy/New Stadium Beating Chelsea (more than once, maybe? ) Finally Ending our FA Cup hoodoo/streak The John Terry "issue" Gianni Paladini finally leaving (I put this way down in list)

Hopefully, it will be the astute transfer business, and magnificent job by the Taffia, turning it around, I'll remember.

Rochdale - the only game I have seen at LR this season.
Hopefully Foolham at home will make up for that one

ive already forgotten beating chelsea, means nothing to me anymore. all i rememebr thus far is the terrible start that made me think we would amass the worst ever points total, then the passion and effort by the players to turn that around and make me think we will deffo stay up, only to turn back into probably the worst shower of shite ive seen since the dark days of a few years ago.

Like KLR says a lot of overpaid/ over-rated footballers.
Money money money.
I think that would be my abiding memory should we go down.

Neil Warnocks losing streak, Joey Barton and moaning QPR fans.

Our away form at the start of the season. Buz's pass, Smith's finish and the match winning saves by Kenny up at Goodison. Beating the blue scum at home. That first half against Tottenham. Overpaid uncaring mercenary journeymen footballers who won't shut up about telling everyone how good they are when actually they are just crap and very lucky to be where they are now. The brilliance that is Faurlin and his passing ability. The ridiculously shallow treatment of Warnock by a board that doesn't seem to understand football and it's fans and has a long way to go before they do, but do seem willing to learn. Guess I'll just have to 'keep the faith'. The fact that we actually sacked Warnock one month too late further underling the redundancy of the decision. Waking up on a Sunday to Warnock has been sacked, Hughes in, Faurlin out for the rest of the season and then drawing Chelsea in the Cup in the afternoon. Realising that we were going to be relegated on the final whistle of the Sunderland game. Mark Hughes proving me wrong.

Realising that we were going to be relegated on the final whistle of the Sunderland game. Exactly the same, walked out of that game thinking we'll go down.

The desperation at the beginning of the season.
The excitement at the takeover and the first transfer window
The elation after the performances at Stoke and Wolves and the home games against Newcastle, Citeh and Chelski.
The encroaching numbness heading home after the Baggies and Sunderland games. And after the Norwich game at Carrow Road.
The frustration of seeing Barton score his wonder goal against Norwich then getting sent off.
The depression of hearing how serious Ale's injuries was.
Elation/exhaustion as we scrape through in 17th place!!!!!

Mostly in agreement with Mark & londonscottish
However, my main memory will be the sheer joy at hearing Tango & Cash had gone. Whatever happens on the pitch this has made it a great season. Hopefully this will be joined by us just about avoiding relegation.
The lowest point is the injury to Alejandro Faurlin followed by hearing the season ticket prices for this season.
Last summer must be the worst one ever experienced by Rangers fans.

Being naive & getting stitched up good & proper in the transfer market. Especially when you look at how the other promoted clubs did business in the transfer market, we could easily have signed EG Wayne Routledge instead of Shaun Wright-Phillips, its stuff like this that makes you realise how hard we have made it for ourselves.
