I've seen this thread done elsewhere and I thought it would be a nice idea on here.
What was your favorite memory of Neil from his time at QPR??
Mine was when he told Adel off for making that hole in the roof at Watford.
Also the celebrations at Derby away.
[Macmoish Edit: Reminder if you want to email Warnock, it's neil.warnock@qpr.co.uk ]

Mine was just the look on his face when the boys were going mental in the dressing room at Watford , his face was full of pride really just in amazement and a shame to end this way !

Seeing all that weight he'd lost this season, how big it made his nose look, well not look exactly coz it's big and constantly wondering who'd stole his eyebrows.
Loved the way he spoke about the club, the fans and how much he was enjoying life, his kids happiness, like mike mentioned, just purely how much he was enjoying it all.
He certainly grew on me and now a legend, without a doubt.

Mucking around in the Devon Bogs, avoiding the Beast of Bodmin, scoring 10 or 12 goals against the
best teams of the Southwest Leagues, coming back for the thrashing of Crawley and Boreham Wood,
Those lazy hazy days of summer, cornish pasties, Devon clotted cream, then the trips to Italy to play
those heretofore unknown teams where the Waiter bought dinner for all and told those awful jokes
that Neil would go into fake histrionics,
Pre seasom will never be like that. Well be all over Malaysia Indonesia, and finishing up in San Francisco before flying home to open against Villa, or god forbid, Hull.

His victorious punches to the Loft, particularly after Ipswich. I actually agree with him that there was an understanding between us (the fans) and him.

I'll have to think...So many.
But do know, five, ten, twenty years from now - wherever we are personally and as a club: Be it in Europe at the new stadium; or in the lower leagues - Warnock will be spoken in the revered, warm tones which are reserved for Stock and Jago; Sexton and Venables...He's secured his place in QPR history; in QPR folklore.

I would like to leave some of his quotes he has made over the years
"I think for many years I think he's been the 'gutter' type of boy. I was going to call him a sewer rat, but that might insult the sewer rats. I think he's the lowest of the low." - On El-Hadji Diouf after the Senegalese striker had berated one of Warnock's seriously injured players as he was being carried off.
"David Elleray was that far away he would have needed binoculars. I really think it's about time we use the means to sort these things out rather than relying on some bald-headed bloke standing 50 yards away."
"Anyone who knows Gary Megson knows he's the biggest moaner around"
"I remember the day when they sold Brian Deane and Jan Aage Fjortoft. It was like when President Kennedy got shot" - On Sheffield United's woes.
"We have had a couple of players in on trial who have been frankly embarrassing."
"My wife will be glad about Jose Mourinho coming to Bramall Lane because he's a good looking swine isn't he?
"If something has gone wrong, we say it. He is almost a Yorkshireman with a Portuguese accent." - On Mourinho again.
"I used the Olympics in my team talk. When I went to bed, Kelly Holmes turned me on - which is sad for me isn't it?"
"There are two or three managers I just can't stand. I detest them. So far I've kept to myself what I hate about them. But what they say gets a lot of coverage. I'd love to come back and give my version. I'd like to tell everybody why I dislike these people."
"Paddy [Kenny] has a balloon on his forehead like you have never seen. If somebody headbutted me like somebody has headbutted Kenny, then I would chin him."
"I don't think we've got a discipline problem. It's the players who are thick who are causing the problems." - On Paddy Kenny again after a bust up in training.
"It's seven years today, my anniversary, and it was my birthday yesterday - it's been a great weekend for me. I better be careful with the missus otherwise I will probably put her in the club."
"I shouldn't really say what I feel, but Graham Poll was their best midfielder in the goal. You saw him coming off at half-time and at the end. He smiled so much, he obviously enjoyed that performance. I think the referee should be banned." - After referee Poll's display in Sheffield United's FA Cup defeat by Arsenal in 2003.
"I don't think Wally [Downes] was coherent. His eyes were bulging when he barged into me. I never normally see him before, after or during matches - I just hear him."
“We did have time for some sight-seeing, wandering round the square and through the souks. We saw all the snake-charmers with their cobras. I was a bit disappointed no one offered to swap [My wife] Sharon for a camel." - While on a scouting mission in Morocco.

I loved it when he got back from Morocco when he was chasing Taarabt and told all those stories about meeting advisor after advisor, family member after family until he finally got his man.
(and the fact that he was diasappointed no one tried to swap his wife for a camel)

Not an individual moment although seeing on television his reaction at Derby was priceless.
I will always remember him for how he saved us from relegation when we looked absolutely certain to go down.
Also winning 3-0 at Ipswich was magical for all of us living in the area!

Other than the continued persistance of playing only one striker up front, I have not bad memories of Warnock. Total respect to and for him.

It's not one moment: It was just the feeling that he put all his heart in QPR...and had this relationship with the fans (who would have believed it before he came)...and the feeling of bonding...And that he understood QPR and the club.....
