I have my differences with Barton he's been the weakest of our end of August signings and he's treated Taarbs appalingly will never forget that , i'm putting that all behind me now for the good of the Club starting from when Hughes comes in and see how he plays then !
We need him for that Wigan game and the rest of the season , were going to need everyone and get behind everyone on and off the pitch .
Think we are looking at a new era now , judge everyone on what they do when Hughes comes in , whats gone now has gone we need to move together as a unit !

Rory. Do you believe that Barton had anyting to do with Warnock being sacked? Not having a pop at you just an actual honest question??? Personally I think maybe he played a small part but it is impossible to know unless you are in the training ground and around the players every day. |

I thought that maybe he deserved more of a chance to bring in the players he wanted and see where we went from there but obviously something wasn't right behind the scenes and there was all the rumours about Curle which were very believable. I think really I was happy with both. Well I suppose happy isn't really the word as I was quite upset yesterday when he was sacked. |

hughes will not stand for one millimetre of his noncense.
that is a dead cert. hughes has more medals and was ten times the player barton is or ever will be. so his 'im the best english midfielder' self promotion will eman absolutley nothing to this manager. in fact it wouldnt suprise me if you get youre wish and he does try and ship him out.
another point, i wonder if marks gonna be an 'adelite' or not, will he want him and his style of play or will he want him gone?
