Joseph Barton @joey7barton Close Gutted to hear about the manager losing his job. We have to stick together as a club at times like these and believe in those above Joseph Barton @joey7barton Close I'd like to thank Neil, Keith and Mick personally for all they did whilst I was here and wish them all the best in the future. Joseph Barton @joey7barton Close Mr Warnock's record at Championship level speaks for itself, no doubt he'll be kick started another promotion dream before the seasons out! Joseph Barton @joey7barton Close As a football club, we must look forwards now and try our utmost to attain Premiership status for next season. "The king is dead........" Joseph Barton @joey7barton Close Strange game this, commodity based industry using human beings as those commodities. Its the nature of the beast.......#nopointcrying Feels like a few swipes in there to me definately.

The point I am making & the point I have been making for the last couple of weeks is that I feel some of these players have been taking the P!ss out of the manager. Don't want to return to the Briatore/Paladini era when there was more than one center of power at Loftus Road for players to turn to. The players have to know: The Manager is king

klr, you are right about the players not pulling their weight 100 per cent correct. but i believe they acted in that way because they felt they were not being played in the positions they were bought to be played in. therefore are not going to be at their best in any case. also there are seasoned professionals here now and know the training regimes required to cope in this league and from the sound of it the training was a joke. they had to do something and in most businesses now they use a whistleblowing policy it is part of policies and procedures i am afraid all part of big business. if any worker or workers whether it be sport or any other business realise things are not running as they should be have a duty to report to the company it is virtually law in business now. the coaches got what they deserved for being totally unprofessional in their approach to the season from the off.

Some wise words on this thread and we can only go by what we see and know, it's all too easy to resort to any form of speculation to justify a point.
Main point being, Barton has alwyas been trouble, leopard spots etc so if he's being/been trouble, no surprise there then!
Looks like we'll soon become the sort of club we've dreaded, did we get our club back? These people are ultra professional and we can't really complain can we? You don't bring in someone like Beard to sort out everything he is doing, then stand by whilst others are acting unprofessionally, if indeed anyone has.
They've kept it as amicable as possible thus far but the talk of new training, new stadium, premier league status means a whole knew ball game, one we really know little about.
Welcome to the soon to be west London powerhouse, the new ... ssshhh... only whisper it....the new Chels***.

The point I am making & the point I have been making for the last couple of weeks is that I feel some of these players have been taking the P!ss out of the manager. Warnock made his own bed, he lost the dressing room a long time ago. Shocking tactics, players being played everywhere other than where they should be. Constanly going on about the jan transfer window. Was that meant to gee up the players?. Sorry klr you cant blame the players alone.

The players, not all of them, I'm probably talking about 5 or 6 have been on easy street since they have been at QPR, I dont think anyone would seriously argue that point with me would they ?
I dont know if I'm blaming them either, but its not them that's lost their jobs, is it ?

Warnock can look at himself in the mirror today & know that he did a truly fantastic job at QPR.

Just remember what things were like when Warnock arrived...
What they were like at the end of last season...
What resources he had this summer...
And that he still been burdened by the remaining contracts of players such as Agyemang, Vine and Borrowdale - who will be off, at latest, in the summer.
It's not "bad" to have advocated Warnock's dismissal. It's not bad to have fired Warnock. Or to look forward to a post-Warnock ear.
But some of the comments I have read (primarily elsewhere), have been literally SHAMEFUL - or in Yiddish, "a Shandeh"

True Mac , shameful , he did us proud , he made mistakes this season , big onesbut at the end of the day he's human . He will probably admit to making a few errors , maybe his coaches did too and maybe one or two players let him down . Still no point dwelling we have to move forward , hope the new man can turn us around ,sometimes it works and sometimes it dont , going to take a massive effort by everyone involved at the Club , Staff , New Manager and Coaches and Fans , come on Rangers role your sleeves up and lets get this job done , i think NW would be proud aswell he wouldnt want us to drop down again .

I wonder now under a new regime, will Barton still tweet crap? Will the headless chicken still run around like a headless chicken? Will Tarbs start showing his Championship form and true potential? Will the players show some self discipline and play as a team? Will the cull still required to remove some players not good enough for the Premiership still happen?
