Whatever decision TF makes regarding Warnock I will back him fully.

People have already suggested Mark Hughes on here. Can you not read? What a stupid last sentence that is! I have given my opinion on Hughes already but pray tell, how exactly is he the solution. I look forward to the read.... Or is it Hughes or bust then? Ill say it again, for the hard of hearing. HE'S LOST THE DRESSING ROOM. Once that happens there is no way back. The truth is that right now even a caretaker manager is better than Warnock because Warnock is, what they call in the trade, a dead man walking. Whether you choose to believe that he's lost the dressing room or not really is irrelevant. Because if he has and if Fernandes knows this then he's done, finished, over.

Mail - but again seems based exactly on what we all see. The tweets and guesswork. No Actual KNOWLEDGE MAIL Warnock moves closer to the brink at QPR as Fernandes loses patience By SPORTSMAIL REPORTER Last updated at 10:31 AM on 8th January 2012 Comments (2) Share Neil Warnock is edging closer to being sacked as Queens Park Rangers boss. The 63-year-old is under mounting pressure to halt the decline at Loftus Road as fears grow over being sucked into the relegation dogfight. QPR sit just one point above the drop zone after taking just 17 points from their opening 20 Barclays Premier League matches. They have lost six and drawn two of their last eight league matches. Owner Tony Fernandes is keen to invest news players during the transfer window and earlier this week denied that Warnock was on his way out. However, it is understood that the manager's position is now increasingly unstable as the club's make some critical decisions. Fernandes has backed Warnock so far but there are worries over the quality of the signings made towards the end of the summer transfer window. On Twitter, Fernandes wrote: 'Guys at qpr. There is no freeze of cash. We are disappointed where we are in the league. This is a journey not a sprint. Along the way we learn. But we continue to develop and along the way hard decisions need to be made. But we never stop moving. Never. Loan star: Federico Macheda is the only arrival so far in January 'It’s important to note that no one’s job is safe. Results are key. If I don’t deliver I would be the first to step down as chairman. We owe it to the fans. Good money is paid and results are key.' After Saturday's FA Cup draw at League One side MK Dons, he tweeted: 'Driving back to London. Lots to think about.' QPR have already signed Federico Macheda on loan from Manchester United, and have lined up bids for Blackburn defender Chris Samba, Fulham striker Andy Johnson, Manchester Cit centre-back Nedum Onuoha and Spurs’ Jermain Defoe. www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2083810/Neil-Warnock-closer-sack-QPR.html#ixzz1irmxQqrT

Unless you work at QPR and are around the dressing room everyday you can't possibly know what goes on. The players just look like most players do when their team is on a bad run.

Its worrying that as an Adminstrator on this site you can't actually see that. Or that you want to stifle any voice that dares suggest anything different than what you want to believe. Nomar - So if an administrator of this site does not agree with you and simply argues with you, you are being stifled? That's as about as reasoned as your argument to get rid of Warnock, considering the amount of posts you have put up, that shows your voice is hardly being stifled. The fact is this forum actually gives your voice a place to be heard, hardly stifling is it? Knock the victim, drama queen rubbish on the head please. ewwwwwwww thats a new one. idiot, twat, arsehole, chelsea supporter and now flavio wannabe all because i want us to have a prem qwuality manager and be able to survive in this divison. shame the neil warnock fc brigade dont want the same. It's more because of your last sentence than anything else. That and you come across as very antagnostic without the argument to back it up, ignoring questions and generally not contributing in a positive fashion in any way. I'm not knocking your style, you keep going, but that's why people call you names. It's mainly because they know you aren't going to offer up a decent debate in reply instead simply resorting to name calling first in lieu of anything intelligent to say.

You say he's lost the dressing room as if it is an undeniable fact, it's not it's your opinion. I have no idea if he's lost the dressing room but isn't that just another cliche that gets lobbed about when it suits? I've said on numerous occasions that I questioned his style, tactics, lack of a striker last season but we won the league so I wasn't seeing something obviously. I see nothing wrong in stating opinions based on the validity of tactics etc but as yet, I've not read of a player being quoted openly criticising him, that is normally the sign of "a lost dressing room". It doesn't actually follow that players not performing is for that reason does it?

AVB won't get sacked, but a lot of the senior players (Lamps, Terry, Malouda, Drogs) don't like him. Chelsea will need to do a big spring clean in the summer so he's lost the dressing room?

Time for tony to either back him now or get shot whilst i have concerns over warnocks team selection and tactics i also realise that it would be almost impossible to find a replacement that could get more out of what is mostly a championship level squad.

Mostly a Championship squad , dont except that cowley , if our is Championship whats Norwich and Swansea League One. Yet they have 8 and 6 points more respectively ! Its what you you get from the players you have and mark my words we have some very good ones ! Maybe some more of them should be playing their natural positions but i dont think you can say we are mostly Championship after Barton SWP , Young , Ferdie , Traore and Faurlin and Taarbs are not Championship Players in my eye?

To nomar,
i have not tried to stifle your debate, i only wished to know how certain your info is on the dressing room.
and to answer your question, i think i have seen a team playing for their manager, no result or performance has shown me to think otherwise, in fact i believe it has got better, i can't think of a player that has not put in effort, individual poor performances yes. look at adel, since coming back he has shown more fight in him than the whole of last season.
apologies if you have felt i have tried to stifle your opinion, that is not the case, if i disagree with your post, does not say that i am right, every one has a opinion, and mine are as equal as yours.

I apologise to you too, Maude.
I believe he has lost most if not all if it. I respect your view that he hasn't.
