If we want to stay in Prem. A seasoned Prem manager should replace.
Losing todays match is the kiss of death. Like Sunderland replaced their
manager , at that time we should have done same. A disaster of December. This match managed terribly. .
I firmly believe this and will stand by it.

And replace him with who - considering that we need somebody who will in all likelihood be in charge of a Championship side next season with the aim of getting us promoted again?
Maybe the time to have replaced him would have been before Dec but NW's track record up to then was okay. Maybe we are better off at this stage with somebody who has a proven track record of getting teams promoted - but I suspect that I will be a lone voice in the wilderness on this one.

I can see what you are saying, but I think he must stay, any change in manager now will prevent any players of any quality coming to us over the next month.
No player will come to be relegated, if they are any good, they will come with a best chance of survival, I think NW is still a good manager, who just needs to survive the hangover that the last lot left for his squad.

What get rid of Curle you mean ?
We havnt got the fight like Blackburn and Wigan will have if we are in the bottom 6 places after 31 games we will go down simple . need to be in 13-14th place by then , cant see us going up those places , can you?

Understand your thinking Block but cant agree with it. Had enough time for hangover to wear off.
How did Campbell get no playing time. Why is SWP moved from pillar to post, why does an ageing but
very good striker signed to a long term contract when he cant even play 2 matches on a 3 day weekend, and is removed early today looking gassed.
Is this team in shape, does this team practice enough, do they have set plays under their belt enough,
Is Adel staying for the season. All these unknown issues, just cloud the atmosphere of management
imo.

Blockhead - Could NW make a change in 1st team coaches and do you think the side would improve ? I dont think there is a problem with the coaching, we are just loosing games, pure and simple, we are not bottom, that what the new injection of players in the last ten days ensured. If we had the TF and the funds in right after the Leeds game, we would not have considered SWP or JB we may have even had Graham as we were more stable. I always said that if NW got us up, I would let him have a season, the squad he has has given him where they should be. 17th at the end of the season is the Goal.

They are the biggest bok team around. I hate everything about that club and yes it does all go back to 1976. The stupid songs they sing, Delia Smith, horrible kit, shit city, Grant Holt, Steve Morrison and everything else about them! Bradley Johnson the only Leeds player not to clap us on the pitch last season in the guard of honour!

But we arent at end of season. Team shows lack of confidence also. He brought us here, obviously we need someone else to keep us here. Also finding these new players, dint have confidence that he should be the one to do it.
Because again, left to late, as I said, should have been early in December, I doubt anything will hapeen now, but by losing todays match, this should be the coup de grace. Feeble undisciplined team that cannot compete in the prem.

Your logics good. Nw saying that he needs 2 or 3 players is going to solve his problems in the team and the squad might very well make the 17th position but i think the owners will see more logic when it dawns to them that Tens of Millions of Pounds are at stake here with very little time to keep that money flowing next season.

Finding it hard to disagree with the op now.
Statistics show that teams in our position are more likely to stay up if they change manager.
I genuinely cannot see us winning another game this season, I really can't. I have no optimism in this team right now.
Clueless, gutless and winless. I'm already resigning myself to the fact that we will be in the Championship next season.

More instability, no marquee signings for fear of unknown new gaffer, new manager using the old ' not my signings excuse, maybe win one more game than we will do and relegation guaranteed. If he goes he goes when the clocks change, not now. but I understand your reasons London.

im glad someone has stepped up to the plate and created a thread on warnock out.
it would have been easy for me to do it but i feel peoples negative opinions of me on here would have not led to constructive debate and would only lead to insults.
well done london ranger.
the time for warnock to go is long over due. way back in early november the signs were there for all to see but only a few aknologed them. now, 2 months on with 2 points out of a possible 27 i feel its now too late but we still need a manager who is tacticly sound, be abale to man manage players individually, not to concentrate on praising the opponts subs bench and spouting its a dream to be in the prem.
you want a manager who is prem experience. i echo those thoughts too but its not the be all and end all. brendan rogers and that norwich manager are doing just fine at the moment.
first and formost we need a manager that is tacticly sound, young and hungry to succseed.
there are the likes of mark hughes available but i would consider holloway along with the mk dons and southampton coaches.
we are pretty much down now but warnock needs to go.
let us say goodbye to the team that got us promoted who will move on to better things like furlian, tarrabt, kenny, and build again in the champoinship next season.
for those who use that get out of jail free card "its all tango and cash fault" keep living in denial.
one thing for sure though..... tony fernandez......... you've been tangoed!
YOU R'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

If he is to go and I ain't decided my view on that yet then we want to bring in someone like Terry Venables. Has the experience and guile and has some blue and white in his blood.

YOU R'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS hitman, the get out of jail card is valid for one whole season, I will put it back in the deck in May. On a more general point, I think its £38 million but no more parachute payments for relegation, so logically 17th would pay more prize money and we are in for the next season, so on a business point of view, it is a better move to keep what we have, any change now would only be a dead cat bounce. I agree that the performances are poor, and something will have to happen, but not now.

Hitman - good post. No negative from me. Infact I was suprised that the club even decided to keep Warnock on for this season ! He must feel like he's been given a golden ticket with his limited ability at this level.

he has flor, good ole charlie and the chocolate factory, no wonder he is grinning all the time. and if fernandez continues to fund him with bags of money this month i doubt there will be much money for a new manager to spend in the summer.
for the good and future of this club, fernandez must not give him any more money to spend on transfers. even his loans are shocking, punchean who played a total of 5 mins, and now this maceada guy who has scored 4 goal in 3 years.
what a joke, theres a guy at huddesfield who has been banging in a ton of goals (20 i think) so far this season he is young and hungry and could prob get him for 1.5 mil but no, warnock would prefer the maceada guy,

Anyone who thinks the way forward for QPR at the moment, is to sack another manager, needs their head testing.

Yep!! Warnock can still keep us up but he needs to get some players in & put more players out......Hill, Derry, Hall, etc really shouldn't even make the bench unless we have no other options. We need two or three defenders couple of centre backs & utility player who can play across the back four to cover for Traore while he's away. A central midfielder to cover for Barton & Faurlin A proven striker!!

Panicking now, and turning on them won't help i agree with you glastoranger, and these are some crucial matches coming up and by changing the manager man, 'the easier' matches will be in the transition period and very difficult to get anything from. The new manager will then be left with the last stretch of difficult games and then we will be in sceptical about the new manager. I think we need to bring in some decent CB to play with Anton and then it will give faurlin and Joey freedom to play more attacking. U Rs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like the problem is more than 2 or 3 players - no mention of Keith Curle's role in the bad form - Half of the season gone & more than enough time for a ' new manager' to put things together and save the side....We've been down this route so many times before in the past years ... Change is needed...
