Demba Ba confirmed in Senegal squad for African Cup of Nations

DEMBA BA'S place in the Senegal squad for the African Cup of Nations for next month's finals in Guinea and Gabon has been confirmed.
Alan Pardew has already revealed he will attempt to retain Ba until January 15 and it is yet to be decided if he will participate in the clash at home to Queens Park Rangers.
Senegal face Guinea, Zambia and Libya in Group A of the tournament and Ba could be missing until mid-February meaning he will miss out on some crucial Premier League games and possibly the fourth round of the FA Cup should Newcastle defeat Blackburn.
