Lee Camp did a fantastic job for us and he will continue that wherever he is. He is first class.

Would like to hear from someone that was at game. But do you think Camp would have saved those 2 goals . One sounded unstoppable on Vital the other was punched back to scorer. Is the consensus on cole that he is a capable backup?

I think the consensus view is probably that as long as Cole stays on the bench, he's a fine backup! But if you believe in competition for positions, QPR currently have no de facto competition for the goalkeeping spot. And that can't help. Every player needs to be pushed.

Thats an extremeley good point. Dowie must have known that so makes me think it was part of Flavs reducing salary plan?

Camp was not Briatore's favourite boy. He burnt his bridges with Dowie prior to Carlisle. He was average, at best, against Swindon. Moving on is good for him and he kept us in seventh place.

Reading the two reports Clive and Simon we could have Gordon Banks in goal and would have still lost. Well cant wait for the Welshmen to come in and watch the goals pour in.
