BBC says "I am staying and we go up in three years." So a five year plan. Also you buy a house and you build it from the basement up so the money goes there first., He says. But Flavio, dear Flavio. You bought a football team not a house. You dont need a foundation. Did you think we were an indoor team? You just need 70 by 110 metres of grass and two goalposts. You build a team by putting money into good football players and good prospects and an academy for developing good football players. Includes individuals who know how to do this for you. Its not too late, Don Briatore, Capiche??

Also his memory cant be that bad. We will finish two years, not one. You just have to wonder why he didnt think good players for championship and a manager with experience wasnt important. It looks like first thing important was to make the place comfortable for he and his friends. then to smart up the catering an area where he has experience. Beyond that it seems to become a mystery. I just cant sort the Paladini factor.
