With Miller gone back, the change in subs choices are: Moen, Rowlands, Cook, Vine, Shittu, Parker?, Tofu! or Hewitt (or of course Borrowdale) - IF he's eligible to play - Anyone else?

BBC TEAM NEWS Fitz Hall could start for leaders QPR, who will celebrate a return to the Premier League after a 15-year absence if they win Monday's game. Hall came on for Matt Connolly during Rangers' 2-2 draw against Cardiff. Hull City manager Nigel Pearson, already without Nick Barmby (calf), is facing an injury crisis. Liam Rosenior (knee) and Robert Koren (hamstring) have been ruled out, while goalkeeper Vito Mannone has suffered a recurrence of a shoulder problem. MATCH PREVIEW QPR, overwhelmingly confident they will not be deducted points following FA charges relating to their signing of Alejendro Faurlin, will celebrate promotion if they win. They will not even need a victory if Cardiff or Norwich drop points. Rangers, who have lost only one of their last seven matches, boast the best defensive record in the entire Football League and at the other end of the pitch have the irrepressible Adel Taarabt, whose brace against Cardiff on Saturday took his goal tally for the season to 18. Hull are not out of the promotion race themselves, but their 4-2 defeat at home to Middlesbrough - a collapse described as "disastrous" by City boss Nigel Pearson - was a serious blow to their chances of reaching the play-offs. But they still have the Championship's best away record, having won nine times on the road and gone 16 matches without defeat. That record will certainly be tested at an expectant Loftus Road, where the champagne will be on ice, and where the Tigers have not won since 1963. MATCH FACTS Head-to-head * QPR have won 15 and Hull 13 of the 52 previous matches between these clubs. Queens Park Rangers * Rangers have won seven of their last 11 games, and are unbeaten in 10 at home. * They have conceded 29 goals all season, which equates to an average of a mere 0.67 goals per game. * Clint Hill is set for his 450th career appearance. * A goal for Tommy Smith would be the 100th of his career. Hull * On average, Hull have won 1.67 points per away match this season. * Andy Dawson, who has played in all but one of their league games this term, will make his 450th league appearance. newsvote.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/13112211.stm

Hull Daily Mail HULL CITY: 'We're aiming to ruin QPR's party', says Simpson Jay Simpson, Hull City v Middlesbrough Jay Simpson scores the opener against Middlesbrough ... but that was as good as it got for the Tigers. JAY Simpson insists Hull City can "gate-crash" QPR's promotion party to revive their faint hopes of reaching the Championship play-offs. The champagne will be on ice at Loftus Road this afternoon as Neil Warnock's league-leaders hunt the victory that will confirm their rise to the Premier League. The Tigers have an even greater need for three points after Saturday's 4-2 defeat to Middlesbrough delivered a shuddering blow to their top-six ambitions. Anything less than a victory in the capital could see time called on City's unlikely promotion bid but Simpson is not willing to give up hope as he heads back to his former club. "QPR will be eager to celebrate, but we are going there trying to gate-crash that," said Simpson. "This season it's been a difficult place to go to and it will be tough down there. We just have to focus. "Teams around the play-off positions won't fancy us going to QPR and getting a win or even a point but I can't see why we can't. "I know it was disappointing with Saturday's result but we have to drive ourselves on if we want to get into the play-offs." Simpson should be afforded a warm reception after scoring 13 goals while on-loan with QPR during the 2009-10 campaign, but his only thoughts are on keeping City in the play-off hunt. The Tigers head to the capital with a 16-game unbeaten away record to protect and Simpson says they should not be written off. "We have to respond," added the striker. "We have a good squad with big characters in our side so it's a perfect opportunity to move on from this. "Before the turn of the year our position wasn't very promising and quite a few people wrote us off. But we were able to turn that around and be right in there. "I don't see QPR taking their foot off the gas with Neil Warnock. He's a winner and wants to win every game, but I'm looking forward to it." www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/sport/HULL-CITY-aiming-ruin-QPR-s-party-says-Simpson/article-3483814-detail/article.html

Who would have thought our 20 goal per season man would be a midfielder?

Just to confirm the dates of millers loan. I suppose we would have heard if Qpr extended his loan, maybe not! I would think Bruno Andrade or Troy Hewitt to replace.
QPR sign striker Ishmael Miller on loan
Miller will spend at least three months with QPR Queens Park Rangers have signed West Bromwich Albion striker Ishmael Miller on a loan that will last for 93 days. The 23-year-old will be available to the Loftus Road side until 24 April, although a deal may be struck to extend his stay until the end of the season. QPR boss Neil Warnock said: "Ishmael has got an abundance of pace, and we are glad to bring him in. "He gives us something we are missing, having lost Jamie Mackie for the season and Patrick Agyemang for a spell." Miller is QPR's third signing of the January transfer window, following the arrivals of Wayne Routledge and Pascal Chimbonda. And Warnock revealed that Miller, who helped West Brom win promotion to the Premier League last season, is already settling in at the Championship side. 606: DEBATE Hopefully Miller can shoot straight Rollercoaster Ranger "I thought he did very well in his first training session today - he looked good and fitted in well. We have got a good group here anyway, so it is always easy for people to fit in," he said. "Ishmael is a player I have been looking at for a long time. I have always liked him, and when it was put to me about bringing him in, I asked the Board to support me. "The deal is not guaranteed yet until the end of the season, but we are optimistic that before the end of January that might be the case." Miller joined West Brom for £900,00 from Manchester City in January 2008 following a loan spell at the Hawthorns. He has scored 11 goals in 54 games but has struggled for fitness and appeared in only four top-flight matches this season. Miller said: "When a team like QPR - who are top of the league - come calling, you can't ask for much more. "I've watched QPR play a few times this season, and the gaffer has assembled a great squad. "Having met the lads today, you can see there's a great camaraderie within the squad. "I'm here to get games and kick-start my career again."

At least if we played Miller we should only be deducted points for this game- so we'd know how many that was Can't see Andrade or Hewitt being used before things are decided, Rowlands if he's fit?
