(Unless, of course, he gets a Red!) I know he was on nine yellows...and the concern was he'd get booked. This from Derby Official Site re another player under same circumstance - so presumbly true re Derry. Derby - Ban threat lifted from Shaun Monday, April 11, 2011, 09:01 THE threat of a two-match ban which has hung over Derby County defender Shaun Barker for the past few weeks has been lifted. A player reaching 10 yellow cards before the second Sunday in April is automatically suspended for two games.Barker has been on nine yellows since the home defeat by Doncaster Rovers on March 1 but he has avoided a booking in his last six matches. Barker is, however, still waiting to undergo surgery on a knee injury. The operation has been put on hold until Derby are safe in the Championship. "Shaun is just going to have to keep going and he is fine with that," said manager Nigel Clough. "We don't feel safe enough to let him have the op just yet." www.therams.co.uk/news/BAN-THREAT-LIFTED-SHAUN/article-3432068-detail/article.html
