So he thinks he can come in and because he's been a success elsewhere, he knows what needs to be done at QPR: Not just in the marketing, but in actually building a team; the time it takes; how to bring in players, etc. How to motivate them. How the team should play, etc.
And the concern: Does he understand the "ethos" of football and being a football supporter? As opposed to someone who watches F1; or who buys clothes or goes to an expensive restaurant?
Does he listen to others who ARE experts? Does he learn from his mistakes? Or is he going to repeat same mistakes

As an ignorant person with regards to F1, I thought he came in from a completely different industry to be very successful there? Either he had less of an ego back then, or football really is a different ball game (fnar), or we just don't see the subtle master plan falling into place.
