Read it a bit more closely. The rule was changed but then we did not inform them of arrangements on the re- signng. Also the agent issue has not been quashed.

Precedent set by west ham so a fine. Knowing the FA and their whims, it'll be points deducted. Colin loses out twice on illegal ownership. The more I consider this, the more angry I become. If the charges are proven I don't want to hear anybody defending Paladini. Innocent until proven guilty must be the mantra for now! I think that was the Premier League ruling not the FA. Pretty sure the FA can issue anything from a fine to competition exclusion for these offences with points deductions in between.

Could this be a job for our former Director & Barrister who specializes in sports law?

Now if 20 points only deducted, we wont go down. If 10 we could still make the playoffs.

Of course, we've yet to hear any other side of this but if proven, no-one could blame Warnock for walking away, especically given his experience with Sheff Utd. He'd walk into any job at the moment.

I guess are we guilty?
Is there a certain predisposition towards guilt (by the authorities) if there are already certain views about certain people
There have been some savage penalties over the years for certain acts. Swindon under Ardilles not being allowed to be promoted springs to mind....

Well what is there to say? I'm gutted. As said, only at QPR.
It's in the hands of the FA and they will decide accordingly, and anything about points deduction or/and a fine is pure speculation. I just hope this doesn't unsettle the team.

Who were the QPR "fans" that defended that piece of sh!t when wwe were having those arguments about was going on & what he was up to ?

If these charges mean that Faurlin has been an "ineligible player" it WILL be a points deduction.

If these charges mean that Faurlin has been an "ineligible player" it WILL be a points deduction. Want to speculate if guilty, how many points? (So if it was say 10 - if it was this season - we'd still be playoffs)

Another blot on his escutcheon. And still they kept him on when Saks, Warnock came on, and over summer, and when Bernie
took over, and why they didnt kiss him off and bring in someone who played by the rules and was ok with league. Why.?
Cos theyre all in it imo.

"He Saved The Club" Not sure whether I should continue to use this as my "tag line" - "I would like to thank you for all your time and efforts that you put into QPR. I think you are doing something useful and informative for the club and the supporters." QPR FC Chairman Gianni Paladini to QPR Report

Even with the presumption of innocence, etc, etc, wonder if the club will be taking any personnel action...
Also the question of how this may affect our sale to those unknown buyers

this is the pits, i got in put the radio on and heard the news, put me straight off my dinner, i cant believe the club could put it self in this position after the tevez saga, surely even paladini is not that stupid, but this will be a points deduction for sure if found guilty, the fa haven't the balls to stand up to the big boys, but clubs like qpr dont stand a chance, ask luton town there tell you the same, if found guilty i predict a 30 point deduction, as is always its us fans who pay for other peoples incompetence, it never rains at rangers it only pours.

If we're guilty...
If you get points deduction if play ONE game with even a fringe player who' has aproblem...This is someone who's played much of the season...and a key player... G-d knows what it could.
I presume the worst that could happen to Paladini personally is he could be "banned" from direct football involvement.
But obviously it's the punishment to the club that really matter

Wow, just amazed - totally and utterly amazed.
If they have done something wrong - lets face it, its highly unlikely they will get a away with it - GP needs to go, simple.
Its been great being a QPR fan this season, now im just gutted
