If as reported that Flavio is in favour of keeping Gareth Ainsworth as manager,would the other board members think that he (Flav) wants to have more say in team matters and selection. (who chose the team for Reading?) If so they may decide to remove Gareth and replace him with someone else to prevent this from happening. I like GA and hope there will always be a place here for him as long as he wants to stay but boardroom politics might decide otherwise.
