npower and The Football League are inviting fans to have their say on which players should make up the shortlists for the npower Player of the Year in each division in this year’s Football League Awards.
Fans wishing to vote for their favourite players should visit www.npower.com/fl. The votes will be counted and a shortlist drawn up for an expert panel to judge.
The judging panel will include npower ambassador Dion Dublin and Football League expert and Football League Awards host Mark Clemmit.
The npower Player of the Year in the Championship, League 1 and League 2 will be announced at The Football League Awards at The Brewery – in the City of London – on Sunday, March 20.
Former Coventry and Aston Villa star Dublin said: “These awards allow fans to have their say on the best players in the npower Football League.
“It’s brilliant that they have this opportunity to be able to reward the success and achievement of the clubs and the players.
“npower is proud to be sponsoring the largest league football competition in Europe and these awards celebrate the quality of football on offer across England and Wales.”
