From The Official Site TRIPLE INJURY BOOST Rangers have received a triple injury boost today (Thursday) with the news that Patrick Agyemang has been given the go-ahead to step up his rehabilitation, whilst key duo Radek Cerny and Heidar Helguson have resumed full training. Agyemang tore a thigh muscle in training at the start of January, but following successful exploratory surgery, the 28 year-old is on the road to recovery, as Head Physio Paul Hunter explained. "The thigh muscle tear has healed very well," he told www.qpr.co.uk. "It's still work in progress, but this is a very positive step up the ladder for Pat and we'll give him all the support he needs over the next couple of months in a bid to return to full fitness as soon as possible." Meanwhile, Cerny and Helguson have both returned to training this week following respective hamstring and calf injuries. Cerny has been ruled out since the R's 2-0 victory at Derby County in mid-January, whilst Icelandic hit-man Helguson has missed Rangers' last two Championship fixtures. Hunter added: "Radek's hamstring has healed really well over the last week or so and he resumed full training on Monday. "Heidar was suffering with a very slight calf tear, but he's back in training too, so we're really pleased with his progress."www.qpr.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~1563092,00.html
