Blocky was Orr sent off the challenge or abusive language ?

According to soccernet it was for foul & abusive langauge. Hell I know English refs are next to useless but surely you don't get a straight red for that.
Whatever it is going to be a tough 2nd half for us - if only we had put one of those other chances away.

Should have been 3-0 at half time then we could of held out now got to play the whole second half with 10! Hulse needs a goal ! hasnt hit the net for so long rusty i feel ! Everybody keeps telling me we dont need strikers still ! Sorry dont believe it . created so many decent chances ! Was looking good with Cov and Norwich both losing at home !

Sky said foul and abusive aswell!

What is significant is that Derry the only other person to be carded so far today was also booked for dissent and abusive language. It looks like we have one of those refs - one that looks at the small thing while missing the big things.

F-cking stupid to be sent off for that if thats what is was ! Warnock will be furious! The way results we going could have opened a 7 point gap with swansea , and if they lost to Cardiff 7 points in front would be massive. Cant see us getting more than a draw now!

All we can hope for is Reading get one sent off saphil, last year it was 10 versus 10 surely wont happen again !

Well it has certainly changed old NW's halftime talk. I wonder what he will say? Put 10 men in defence and hope for the best or do we go out and try and get the 2nd goal?
There is merit in both arguments - Reading haven't had a shot at goal yet so an all out defence will invite them to take chances against us, but going for a 2nd goal with just 10 men also has its own risks.
I reckon he will sacrifice an attacking palyer for a defence minded one - and go for counter attacks against them.

Hi Airdrie - well it was looking good for us, 1-0 up but we have had something like 8 shots at goals to 0. So we aren't exactly killin g off Reading like we should have - and then to compound matters Orr was sent off just before h/t. we're not sure it was a straight red for a foul or for abusive language or for both.
So the 2nd half is all about backs to the wall.
