Poster on LFW says Colin was on talksport this morning and said we can't afford Roberts.  Funny that it's the wages in that article, I heard he wanted 3 years and we only offered 2, he was prepared to take lower wages. i also thought he was available for £750k. Guess we continue to suffer because of the dross we've been lumbered with that we pay not to play!!! |

Compared to Dave, he's different gravy, I'd give him 3 years, he wants to join us!

Just add up the wages for all the drek (on and off the field) that we're paying for. So we can't afford to sign what we do need.

Roberts arrived at Rovers from Wigan in July 2006 and has scored 22 goals in his 116 appearances, 51 of which though have come from the substitutes bench. Fantastic journalism there  C'mon if he's scoring 51 goals in 116 appearances, from the bench as well, he must be ruddy good!! |

Although I read somewhere, BIG salary... Saw on the BBC that he rejected a move to QPR as he was demanding £30k a week!! Seems we were also linked to him  but clearly didn't and wouldn't happen. |
