I can remember 2 routines
1) Man on end of wall... first player at the ball runs over the ball and runs towards the wall.. 2nd player then passes the ball to the player at the end of the wall... he touches it sideways with outside of boot to the player who had run over the ball... who cracks it home
2) Player in the wall usually Gerry Francis. Venables stands with ball he then scoops it over the wall ..Francis turns around and half volleys it in
I got my sons football team to do example No 1 in a competition and they scored
Simples !!! Those were the days when football was fun
