Cerny not travelling, according to LFWords Briatore doesnt like Camp. He let that goal in against Chelsea but are those kinds of idiosyncracies worthy of a club chairman? With Brie spose its ok. dont like it myself

I just thought of this. Without Camp we would not have been a Championship team remember how awful our back four were. so I doubt Briatore would have bought a 1st div, team.

Obviously I want Camp to do well for us but I hope Cerny isn't out for long.

I thought I posted before; guess not. Anyway if Camp plays tonight, and plays well. He DESERVES to keep his place. If it's one game he plays, maybe a case for him being dropped. But if it's several games, and performs well, then a Sousa decision to bring back Cerny will be rather controversial (and maybe reflect an unwillingness to go against Briatore). So that will be the test

Soupy and wet in Pool tonight plus rust for Lee.. Plus not been practicing with first team. Its such an odd situation. Over hols players were rested for a game. Not cerny. I think goalkeeping is the most difficult position to play in football and not resting him may have been too much. Prone to pick up an injury, no bench backup, the pressure made him start to flap? Remember last season he played little for spurs
Camp played game after game for us and my memory tells me Cole played a game or two. To win tonight we have to score goals because I dont think the back four and Camp will be that co-ordinated. Read recently that this great goalkeeper said he was only as good as his back four.Perhaps James? during his best years>
