According to The Mirror, QPR trying for Portsmouth's David Nugent.
So we're now trying to sign a player when we should have been filling these positions in the Summer. And I doubt he will have the same impact
It's a continuation of the debate. But not sure where the idea came along that we HAVE to look UP to find players who haven't made it in the Premiership (or even Championship players who were no great shakes) to make QPR successful. Certainly not where QPR have historically been successful in their transfers.

Over rated in my opinion and he's no longer as good as the player I thought was overrated.
Hasn't played much in over a year and has seemed happy picking up money and not playing.
Having said that, our options are seriously limited.
Lita got a hat trick the other night and I don't like him either but I know which one I would prefer.

I think our issue is wages. The club want to be prudent and not break the bank, which is fine. However, if you want premiership class players you need to pay premiership class wages - something I dont think we're willing to do

This is the kind of player, I'd like QPR to be tracking. The lower divisions/non-leagues are gold mines, if you have the right scouting ability able to unearth... www.readingfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10306~1430268,00.html Obviously we need the established players as well - but from our signings inside England, hard to think of one up-and-coming we've signed for quite a while.
