That was one of those slightly strange messageboard threads that was on a couple of boards elsewhere. (But not on this board

But it's also pretty bizarre for the Official site to have this "denial." It was a minor claim which led to a thread of discussion.
Think of all the board discussions that don't elicit official statements from the club. And it's not as if Jake Cole is one of the central figures at the club.
Are they going to issue denials on various other rather more serious board discussion claims?
