QPR have completed the signing of Aston Villa striker Stefan Moore on a three-year deal.
Moore found chances under David O'Leary hard to come by and spent time with Millwall and Leicester City on loan last term.
Rangers were not the only club vying for the 21-year-old's services, but it was the West London club that proved more attractive for the striker.
Moore is keen to make a swift return to The Premiership and believes The R's can help him achieve his ambition of playing in England's top-flight.
"It's a massive club," he told Sky Sports News. "Things haven't been going too well for me at Villa so I think it was the right thing to do.
"There's big plans here; they want to be in the Premier League and I want to be in the Premier League.
"I'm here for three years and, hopefully in that time, we'll be in the Premier League."

Ian Holloway is delighted to have secured the services of Aston Villa striker Stefan Moore.
The 21-year-old put pen to paper on a three year deal this morning and Ollie believes he has signed a quality player.
"He's a centre forward with a fantastic brain and great ability," he said. "What he needs to do is get a few games under his belt and when he does he'll be flying.
"He's played and scored in the Premiership with Aston Villa and we're looking to get him back to where he started.
Ollie knows that the player will add competition to his squad and reckons that can only be good for the team.
"I don't have any specific plans that are set in stone for who will be partnering who up front, but what I do see are some fantastic centre forwards on my books that will now give us all sorts of options.
"What we need is a squad that's good enough to be able to get us through the season.
"I feel that Stefan hasn't had a fair crack of the whip because he's had a few niggling injuries but I'm hoping that he'll become a sellable asset that I won't want to sell.
"He's the sort of player who will help get us back into the Premiership because that's where we want to be and that's where he deserves to be."
Ollie also spoke for the first time about other new signing Ian Evatt and feels that he is another outstanding player who will improve Rangers' chances next season.
"He's a big strong monster. He can play anywhere along the back line and also in midfield.
"His main position is centre half but he will be a great asset in that he'll be able to help out all over the place if need be.
"The more positions you can play, the better chance you have of making it and he's going to be a very valuable player for us."

BIG AMBITION
Stefan Moore has told qpr.co.uk that the Club's ambition matches his own.
The 21-year-old striker is now looking forward to pulling on the famous blue and white hoops and meeting his new team mates and after signing the three year deal, spoke of his delight at signing for the club.
He said: "My agent told me that a couple of clubs were interested in me, but QPR was the one that appealed to me the most.
"The ambition here matches mine, I want to play in the Premiership - I don't want to be playing in the Championship for the rest of my days and I think this is a club that can make that jump.
"There are some great things going on here at the moment, I've heard all about the new training ground and I can't wait to see it."
Rangers fans can look forward to some brand new firepower up front next season and the thought of the young forward linking up with Paul Furlong is an exciting prospect.
He continued: "There isn't one particular player that I would say I am similar to - I like to take different parts of everyone and add it to my game."
It's not every day that a player signs for a club and has a trip to Ibiza as the first thing on the agenda and that is something that the former Aston Villa man is looking forward to.
"It's not every day that you play football in Ibiza, I wouldn't have thought the weather will be too hot to play in as I've played in hot climates before.
"It will be a great opportunity to meet my new team mates. For some reason I don't think my path has ever crossed with any of the current lads.
"It's not often you can say that, but for some reason I have never met any of my new team mates.
"I'm looking forward to linking up with Paul Furlong and Dean Sturridge and I can't wait to learn from them
