No, like any property, it is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.
What is it worth? Who really knows, it depends upon the desires of the purchaser again.
Houses like Mittal's having really lost the money quoted by Zoopla. Should a billionaire decide he wants one he will pay the asking price not a Zoopla quotation.
