Danny Wilson Would someone please give Ian Holloway a job[/i] Sporting Life - WILSON TAKES OVER AT SWINDON Swindon have announced the appointment of Danny Wilson as their new manager. Wilson, 48, was sacked by the Robins' Coca-Cola League One rivals Hartlepool earlier this month but has now been charged with turning Swindon's season around. He will take over for Sunday's clash with Brighton, with caretaker-manager Dave Byrne still in charge for the Boxing Day meeting with Leyton Orient. The Robins are without a win in 10 games in all competitions - before and after the sacking of Maurice Malpas in the middle of November - and are currently outside the relegation places on goal difference alone.

He was quite dreadful at Hartlepool so to get another club so quickly is surprising
