One I recall, back in '72: Jago's QPR at home to Orient. Parkes was injured, but didn't have sub goalies in those days... QPR went on to win 3 -1 (Leach, Givens, Thomas)

(As opposed to a 0-4 humiliation at home to WBA in '68)
