Who next for Blackpool? Blackpool Gazette - Steve Cotterill, Paul Simpson, Ady Boothroyd and Billy Davies Date: 23 December 2008 By Steve Canavan STEVE Cotterill, ex-Stoke and Burnley manager, has been installed as the bookies favourite to replace Simon Grayson. Victor Chandler's have installed Cotterill at 5/1, with Paul Simpson close behind and Aidy Boothroyd and Billy Davies third and fourth on the list. Former managers Colin Hendry and Steve McMahon are rank outsiders at 50/1 and 33/1 respectively - though the likelihood of either man returning to Bloomfield Road is probably between zero and non-existent. The bookies have left Steve Thompson and Tony Parkes off the list until they find out if the duo are staying at Bloomfield Road or following Grayson to Leeds. If Thompson stays, said Dave Jenkins from Victor Chandler, he would become the favourite to land the job.
