Could do with letting Bonne be sold and getting in a Left Back or Forward funds permitting. I would still give Bonne a chance... Especially not sure if our central midfield in covered enough with just Dozzell, Johansen, Field, Amos... Well there maybe be some other players who can play in mid, but I think there is room for one big signing there and I would like us to concentrate on this... I think Taylor Richards was a bit of extra cover in midfield he can play in a few positions as well but shame out for 6-8 weeks.

Overall happy with 4 points from the first 3 games. If we can win at least one of this weeks home games and take 7 points from first 5 with the 4-5 injuries will be a decent start. Need to get a couple more faces in the next two weeks as starting with Nico and Shodipo makes us weak, they are not this level. Roberts looks a decent signing, Sinclair looks a talent, the other two signings Paul and Clarke Salter look decent. Still have Richards to come. Ethan Laird will replace Kakay and , Kakay can be used as cover. Could do with letting Bonne be sold and getting in a Left Back or Forward funds permitting. At least we never gave up in the second half, that’s a positive as many times from Feb to May we just went through the motions.

Yes great last ten minutes buzzing with a point. Armstrong shows more in 10 minutes than a whole match of Dykes. Good from Chair and Dieng goes up and shows the whole team how to hit the back of the net , how ironic. So many chances wasted in that game, we have set piece coach how about a finishing coach 🤷♂️ Take the point with the injuries. Shodipo and Nico showed not got enough at this level again, need to go out on loan. Hoping we have another couple to come in this month.

I’m sorry to say it Nico and Shodipo will never be good enough at this level and yet year after year they keep getting new contracts. Kakay at least shows glimmers of there’s something in there, the other two sorry should have gone a year ago. They are only part the reason we are losing we just can’t hit the target how many chances have we had this half, shocking finishing. How many chances does Dykes get up front with a crap goal to game ratio, I can’t wait until we try starting someone else for a change. Well they had the friendlies so you can’t blame that as a reason for preparation Putting in players for home games if they are fit then reverting back to players not good enough for away games means by the time these three players we initially need in the team are fully fit, we will be so far off the pace in the table and by that point will have someone else injured. It’s shocking how so many players are not fit at the club and it can’t always be down to bad luck.

We are shocking all over the place. Dykes needs 10 chances to convert a single goal, never be the answer to our striker problems. Rather we start the kid than Dykes now if honest.

On the few minutes he was on the pitch and what I could see form the stands, Taylor Roberts looks like a very very good player at this level. Agree buts it’s Tyler , right couple of tongue twisters these two 😀

Looks like most of the injuries will be back for Blackpool and Rotherham at home which makes sense really to have really strong teams for those two games. Clarke Salter looks to be all of August and Taylor Richards 2 months.
Just get what we can at Sunderland

Well we need to get a RB, then probably let Bonne go so we can make enough funds to get a loan striker in. Looks like we will be stuck with our reserve number two LB who is really league 1/2 level.

We are in the crap, Hamalainen it has to be said is nowhere near Championship level . People were saying do we need any new signing a few days ago, I think this shows exactly how thin our squad is and how exposed we are at left and right back once we get an injury.

Agree Nomar, you couldn’t really blame for the first four but number five looked weak to me.
Was great to see the new signing do well when came on and scored also Sinclair looked very lively. Dickie and Dunne were solid Bonne didn’t do a lot but some of that was down to service he was getting. However there’s two or three that were in that starting line up that get chance after chance to impress and fail every time.

Watching the penalty re-runs Diengs penalty saving needs to go up a level , that last penalty should have been saved, right threw him for me, poor.

That team should have been strong enough to win that match, poor in cups yet again but not overly upset. Also need to stop going in front and not tightening things up. Almost threw it away Saturday.

Nothing changes in the Championship , two games played and 1 team with a 100% record. Kilburn, interested re your three straight up and three straight down if that will happen this year bearing in mind how much Forest spending? Although I hope it does

I guess they want to just put him on for 20 minutes , I doubt they will start with him. Start with Armstrong though, let’s see how he does.
To be honest I don’t mind if we lose this with weakened team not worth the risk.

So that’s Taylor Richards 2 months and Clarke Salter we will find out today?

I would put out a kids team against Charlton not worth risking losing any more. This is why when people say we don’t need a new striker, we do just because shit like this happens.

3 goals in half a game vs Boro. Do we really need another striker? Yeah I think so. We have to have a bit of cover and our bench is paper thin. I said a few weeks ago we score goals from all parts so all we need is three strikers to get 10-12 like last year.

West London sport said that Millwall wanted 1.2 Million for McNamara . They said we did ourselves no favours at all submitting a first offer of 0.2 million, that was stupid. I think our valuation was under 1.2 million, so looks like he will end up going to another championship team if they want to stump up 1.2. Maybe if our insulting first offer weren’t so derisory we could have got him for less than than but that offer put Millwall off us getting him full stop. Stupid decision, not sure who’s clever idea that was.

We are not even in the position to buy a Striker yet not until more go out on loan. We can only afford a right back currently. All to do with how much we have spent after year two of the three years latest FFP instalment I guess . Seems like we have slightly over spent in the last two years and with Covid gates and come year three we need to batten down the hatches a little. Paying 2 million every year for FFP fine for 10 years is not really helping us, how long will that go on.
