I hope you are still with us. Much of what was said on the Millwall BLM thread has been taken down and the mods are investigating. Understand your contempt for such comments but really wish you would stay. Feel free to PM myself or Mac. We value your inputs and expertise and insight London.

Certainly do hope Bow returns to the board and continues to post. Always found him to be very knowledgeable about QPR related topics and very willing to discuss both sides of the story. I always like our discussions on all things related to QPR, would be a huge loss.
Harles Bow has left, gone. We could not induce him to stay. A big loss imo

Sounds like I missed something. Happy Birthday Bow. Don’t deny me my fix of reading your posts please. Sadly, yes. An outburst of tacit racism (sorry, can't be dressed up in any other way). There had been an exchange of opinions, which got shut down by Admin saying it was 'not football related' - even though it was probably one of the biggest football stories of the weekend (ie, Millwall fans booing taking the knee). When questioned on the issue, no answers just 'I can't be bothered to answer... do your homework...' - as if they know the slightest thing about the BLM UK and Kick It Out aims, beyond Nigel Farage's ridiculous assertion that they're somehow 'Marxist'. Sad that anyone can possibly support that action on any level. Sad that one or two on here seem to support it also - after all, the gesture is a simple one, that of equality in all things for all people. How on earth can anyone disagree with that?

Have asked Rangersman to resign. Why should i resign? because i have a differing opinion to others on here? I mean please be clear in what you mean by that statement. And i have not received any request from anybody !! I am fully behind racial equality, however i do not support the actions of BLM. If you are asking people to resign for that reason, then you need to ask why this is regarded as a public forum. A full explanation is whats needed here.

Rangersman, withdrawing your resign ultimatum. Sorry. Just as a piece of whats going on in football today the black lives matter and taking a knee is standard procedure in EFL. If you don't agree with it thats fine. But would like to know why you don't. The Millwall fans that booed it was interpreted as racist and it certainly was and has been seen that way by the EFL. Your entitled to your opinions but as a final question. Why don't younagree with it.

As a person with Black family members, i take racism very seriously, and would be the first to stand and shout racism down. However the appalling acts that BLM have done since this all started, are in my opinion counter productive. What started as a sign of unison against that tragic death, has now back fired into anarchy and a political agenda. Combined with Antifa they now make ludicrous statements regarding the Police and the way White companies are run. Mix that with tearing down statues, defacing the Cenotaph etc then i want no part of them. In the states where this is all instigated they have even caused the deaths of Black people, and destroyed their property and companies. From what i have read this morning from The Millwall camp that is also the reason for their booing, and they support other anti racism movements. I tell you what should be standard procedure ( People minding their own business ) if someone wants to take the knee, fine, if they do not thats also fine by me. It does NOT make one a pillar of virtue by taking the knee, and even if it did, they would allow others not to by being virtuous. The problem today is the word RACIST is too freely bandied about, usually by people with another agenda. I take things as they come, and i would never resign or keep my mouth shut for things i believe in. I suggest some members on here should look into the Black peoples responses from being beaten and persecuted by fellow Blacks. Anyway Racism belongs nowhere in this age. Thats all i am prepared to say, take it or leave it, it will not change.

After due consideration of recent events, I shall be taking a sabbatical from joining in with debates on this message board. I will continue to support Harry (London) with the prediction league. I will look in from time to time, and try to respond to PMs where appropriate.

After due consideration of recent events, I shall be taking a sabbatical from joining in with debates on this message board. Well put Ricky. Sadly, I will be doing likewise. Such a shame, this group had been a small haven of friendly and considered chat, away from the frenetic noise of Twitter.

This site will be what the members whom use it make it. By all taking a break you allow the very thing you treasure to be affected. Bow, Ricky, Terry, Ash. No one agrees with everyone all the time. So, there's were some differences of opinions, the problem has calmed down. As someone else said, move forwards. Together we all win, fragmenting is a losing cause.

I've deliberated on whether or not to post on this thread, but after serious thought decided to. Firstly the reasons being I don't like to think Bow will never post again, and I would hate to think of this as a thread that could sway him to never post again. IE well they all said goodbye to me so I best not post again. I finally decided to post for a few reasons, which I would like to point out first. I was originally posting on the QPR official message board, this was closed over night and I never got to say goodbye to many good friends and fellow posters and this irks me to this day. Secondly this message board has lost many posters as was pointed out in London's excellent MIA Thread . That thread stirred up a lot of good memories in many posters about those who went missing or sadly passed away who we never got to say goodbye to. It was nice to see a few come back and update their situations and well being. Now personally I don't do Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform as such to any great length and certainly don't follow anyone. Ok having said all the above I am of the belief that Bow will still visit this website, he might not post which obviously I hope he will, but I'm confident he will still visit if only just to read fellow posters points of view. There are not many posters on here who probably can't find a thumbs up/ like from Bow on at least one of their posts. this says to me he reads as much as he posts. Saying that it is partly the reason I've posted it would be a bit pointless if I thought he would not continue to visit.
It is also ironic that tonight we play Millwall its been reported there is to be a new version of the taking of the knee before the game I'm sure Bow would of had a comment on the receiving of this whatever that maybe. Especially as it was the Millwall booing that broke the camels back if you like for Bow Posting/Leaving.
Finally I will move on to my tribute if that is what is (at last I hear you say) I use a message board because I find I do it without prejudice. I don't know the age, race. sex or religion of my fellow poster and quite frankly feel that is how it should be. Bow Himself surprised me recently when he pointed out he was from an earlier Generation to myself probably at a guess 20 years my junior. That's my guess not his. This surprised me as much because I've kind of believed you have not seen football played properly if you never saw it in the 60's and 70's and certainly never seen the greatest QPR have ever been. Surprised because I look forward as do many to his match reports. there's many a post in a match thread stating they would wait for Bows comments. I like that he takes the time to post during a match letting me know whats going on as it happens as do quite a few others. I for one do appreciate it. There are to many of Bow's posts that I have liked and enjoyed reading to even begin to list so I won't.
I will finish this post by saying I really hope this post is not a goodbye or a tribute but more of a contribution in convincing Bowranger he should continue to post on this message board/website.
