out for a considerable time according to MW after undergoing knee surgery what a blow for him and the club , I thought the game against Bournemouth was one of the better games I have seen him play a real setback for him let's hope everything goes well for him and he is soon on the path to recovery and playing again

This is awful for him. I hope he has the mental strength to cope with his second long absence from playing. Even Ale Faurlin found it very hard to get through.
I like Amos more than a lot of supporters, but I'm certain that every Rangers fan wish him the very best mentally & physically.

Out for the season with exactly the same injury he picked up after couple of games at Spuds. Hope he makes a full recovery and that's the end of it - twice is bad enough for the poor guy but 3 would probably be career ending at this level. Maybe, maybe not. Faurlin went through it 3 times and still came back.

Many players have written about the mental strain of a long term injury. Grant Hall quite recently spoke of the depression he suffered. For a young lad like Luke, it must be really tough. To then be rehabilitating during Covid restrictions just adds to the pressure he must be under. We were just beginning to see the best of him as well. Tragic, I hope he pulls through.

Maybe, maybe not. Faurlin went through it 3 times and still came back. Yeap but that was more an exception than the rule although modern medicine may help. Just the look of pain or more likely despair on his face as he lay on the edge of pitch said it all as he probably already knew then what had happened. That's why I used the word "maybe".
