Well, only down by one, right at half time. Seen this misery before. 0-1 Watford

Had the better of the 1st half, Watford scored with only their 2nd attempt on goal. Freeman & Luongo have been very good.

So we usually score a goal around 82 minutes. By then Watford will have 3 more. Pessimistic realist but still a great fan for more than 22 years.

1-0 loss. But we weren't that bad. Leistner almost tied it up. But almost doesn't count. Now we have to make sure we are not relegated.

Really tough fixtures coming up. Scared we might go down. Do we need an emergency manager to shore us up?

What we need is Rangel and Cameron back and a turn in some of the luck we have had in recent games.
It's no coincidence that we started the season with 4 defeats - until our 4 loan players came in and our season turned around immediately. Then all of a sudden all at the same time we lost 3 of the 4 loan players (plus Luongo to the Tea Cup) and our results immediately went down hill. The difference in the run we are on now and the start of the season is that with the exception of a couple of "bad" halves the performances and spirit have not been that far off. It just shows the fine margins in this division and the difference the loss of a couple of key players can have. Now is not the time to lose our nerve........ as someone recently said
Agree totally. Yes, we've been going through a bad patch lately and it can't be a coincidence that key players have been injured/away in that period. Looking at our last 3 games: Birmingham - Yes, a dreadful 1st half but a massive improvement in the 2nd so close to getting a point. Bristol City - A very good performance away at the form team of the division undone only by a very poor penalty decision by the ref Watford - More than held our own against a team currently 8th in the Premier League No9 coincidence either that these performances have been since Luongo came back. If Cameron & Rangel return soon, no reason that we can't move back up the table. Next match v WBA. Loos daunting given what they did to us in August but if we play as well as at Bristol City, we have nothing to fear.

Good day today Ipswich and Rotherham only drew and Reading and Bolton thumped... Anything we can pick up in our next three a bonus really. Would be nice to get to 40 pts
