As we are only capable one goal, best we can do now is a draw.
What an unbelievable pile of hot garbage we are. And I'm so looking forward to doing it again next year when we sack Ollie in October.

And there it is 2-0 to Brentford
They might as well blow the whistle and let everyone get started home.

Well done QPR, nice one, another six straight defeats to go with the six earlier. Ollie doing his best to get us relegated.
If it wasnt for JFH points Ollie would have got us in the relegation places already, running at, Yes less than 1 point a game, appalling.
Pray for a Blackburn slip up or like I said 2 games ago, we wont get another point.

Maybe Ollie should have made sure we we gonna stay in this League before these antics, beyond belief.

Not sure I want to do this, but here goes.
The first half we were the better side & should not have found ourselves behind. For the goal we complained that Smith had been pushed but I had not spotted this. Watching the highlights it looked to me that Lynch shoved a Brentford player into Smith.
Never mind this though, why the f*** was their player standing in yards of space in the middle of our penalty area? Who was meant to be his marker? This was absolute negligence!
Others may disagree with me, but IMO Bidwell & Mackie contributed zero for us in that half (however they were far better than the "performances" they gave in the second half). So, we bring on Lua Lua for Goss & leave this pair in the side!
Should our "goal" have been given? I was convinced it was over the line & I believe my son was the only person in the away end who thought differently. The highlights were of no help with this matter. A minute later it's 2-0!
I have seen it sugested that Lynch was at fault for the penalty. For me this was 100% down to Bidwell. Lynch won a tackle & Bidwell then had the simple chance to clear the ball. HE JUST STOOD THERE! The Brentford player said thank you very much & that was that. The look from Lynch to Brentford's twelth man said it all.
We score & stupidly I thought we may gat something from this. Well that lasted two minutes! Crass defending from Bidwell & Lynch & the match is over. We did create (and that is the correct word) one more chance & Sylla has no excuse for not making it 3-2.
In the end the final score was what we deserved. I hope that we never again have Lynch & Bidwell combining as the left side of our defence. I hope we never again play Mackie & Freeman as our wide players (at least I think Freeman was meant to be wide left in the first half).
IF (I still can't believe it will happen) we are to be relegated, I hope that we will give our all in the last two matches. I'm fed up with all of our changes, but if they are fit we need at least five playing that didn't today - Furlong, Hall, Robinson, Pavel & Manning.
The industry would increase on today & the level of football from these five would be far superior! I don't want to be sitting at Norwich suffering!

This is just dire. The sad thing is, i can see no way of turning it around. Fully expect forest to turn us over aswell Me as well. Our last hope, imo, is Blackburn dropping points in their last 2 games. If Blackburn beat Villa and we lose to Forest I'd lump everything you have on us going down because I'd be certain at that point that we'd be the ones to go. If we go into the last day mathematically capable of going down and needing at least a point to stay up then you can bet your ass that we'll eff it up.

Just to add a couple of comments to Terry's report.
We had two or three decent opportunities to score first which were either snatched at or well saved by Bentley. Brentford hadn't really caused us any problems before someone went to sleep from a corner and, as Sod's Law would dictate, the ball went straight to the unmarked player. We continued to play the better football and were desperately close to deservedly equalising when Luongo cracked a long shot against the bar.
In the second half we failed to cope with their width. Both wingers hugged their respective touchlines given our fullbacks a conundrum that neither got close to solving. Should they go wide and leave the centre exposed or try to close quickly when the ball went wide? They (correctly) chose the latter, but I think it is safe to say that Perch and Bidwell are not our best players!
As Terry said, Bidwell's Cinderella impression cost us the penalty after Lynch had made a solid tackle and was made to look a real mug for their third. We gave Brentford far too much time on the ball, especially through the middle and paid heavily for it. But it has to be said that we kept playing football, rarely resorted to hopeless long balls and still created opportunities, both Sylla and N'Gbakoto really should have been taken theirs.
On LFW they have a tame Brentford supporter who has said we "created more chances than Derby and Leeds combined did against us"; make of that what you will. While Brentford were deserved winners, we were not as totally hopeless as some would have you believe.

Points talk though and twelve games (in two blocks) without a single one. Appalling stats. Not to mention over half a season and Ollie is not equalling even 1 point a game. A points total that would give us 44-45 in a season, is that really where we are these days?

On LFW they have a tame Brentford supporter who has said we "created more chances than Derby and Leeds combined did against us"; make of that what you will. While Brentford were deserved winners, we were not as totally hopeless as some would have you believe. Came on to post about what happened at the game but Roller and Terryb have covered it really well. Not much to add really. Ryan Woods and Sean Goss were like night and day in terms of midfield control. I'm not going to dig Goss out because he's had barely any senior appearances in his entire career, let alone at this level, so I'm a bit baffled as to why Ollie thought starting him in that role in a big (well, more for them but still) derby fixture was sensible. But Woods absolutely bossed it by comparison. It's getting boring now at how this keeps happening, but Brentford simply looked like they had a plan and executed it well. They were creative and fast in the middle, stretched us by using talented, quick wingers which in turn created space in the middle. Ironically, it's familiar because that is exactly what we've done when we've knocked other teams around but for whatever reason Ollie has decided to not do it anymore. Maybe this experimentation, maybe this is Holloway's desire to try and be 'innovative' without cause, I have no idea. We weren't toothless at all - we had plenty of chances, Bentley made some fantastic saves, we hit the bar - but lacked that killer instinct. Interesting again the correlation between those who go to games and views that aren't solely a negative meltdown. Don't get me wrong, I feel Ollie got the selection incorrect, I thought our back four were largely piss poor and whilst we created a lot of chances we also didn't manage to take enough of them. I get pessimism about QPR. But I don't get optimism about Blackburn or Forest. We're playing pretty poorly (though not nearly as poorly as others have said) but both of those teams have more reason to fear defeat than we do. We've been crap in specific ruts, they've been crap almost all season. Terrace was quite fun and felt like our away following made a decent amount of noise. Ollie got broadly applauded by the lower tier off the pitch but he seemed to be reacting negatively - I heard cos he was getting a lot of stick off fans in the upper tier? Not entirely sure as a smoke bomb went off at the end so that made seeing a bit difficult haha.
