If so the club want to interview you....
We’re looking to interview a fan (on video) who attended every one of our 1966/67 League Cup ties … If you or any of your fellow supporting R’s can give a nod to someone who may be able to assist, that would be much appreciated
Anyone qualify and fancy it?

These will be the two matches that will stump most. There can't be many of us left now!

I'm sure Mr. Taylor would be very happy to interview you Bushman.
I thought you may be one of the very few that qualified!

I reckon I'll put your name forwards anyway, it's for the common good.

as Bush suggests, I missed the two away games also. I'd imagine probably only 100 odd would have gone to Aldershot. How many would still be alive?

Bush, how many of the r's faithful actually went to Aldershot, did we fill a coach up? What was the attendance that night? So many questions

Rousdon I'm not going to give away too much. The official match attendance was just over 5,000 the exact total can be looked up. Let's see what others say regarding how many R's went from the ground etc. The Colchester match attendance was just under 5 and half thousand by the way

Apart from Aldershot away I saw every game. There cant be many still knocking around that saw EVERY game I would have thought. Perhaps Vic Stevenson or Alan Barnes. I know the late Paul Gooch saw all the matches and Charlie Jackson snr (deceased) I think did so too. ps Bushman you are unique

Bushman I was just thinking Freddie Mason who was once a friend of Vic Stevenson in the 1960's could have seen all the league cup games. Last year I was informed that he was still alive and living near Denham although these days not a regular at QPR fixtures.
Circa 1967 he won a Football League Review Magazine fan of the week award and every away fixture during that era he always seemed to be present.
I don't think he has anything to do with QPR Message boards so all this would have passed him by.
