I'm less sure I agree...They may do a good job. But it is just that: A Job...Where else did Les Ferdinand have - especially at the position he's got? Axed by Tottenham... ..I'm optimistic for next season. Les is here for the right reasons and I believe JFH is too. I think they are both on the same page about where they want QPR to be and what kind of club we want to be again.h.

I really do not follow comment about "just a job". JFH has a job to do, LF has a job to do, the players have jobs to do. If they all do their jobs to the best of their ability what more do you want? Maybe they have to say they only do it because they love QPR so much or agree to do it for nothing? Those days are long gone. Agreed. The last players who could legitimately claim to 'love' QPR were Kevin Gallen and Lee Cook. Of the current crop, Clint Hill and Ale Faurlin are perhaps two others who can claim a more than usual affection for the club.

What I dont get is we are trimming our wages, under constraints now each transfer window, possibly for an embargo
The two most expensive players with potential bought in the summer, one it took JFH 2 months to start him and we still have the other who he doesnt start. Then we wonder why we pick up a point a game.
If Les decided these were going to be our biggest signings and most of our summer budget, why we not starting them every game seeing as they are our future and cost a combined 5 million of a relative small amount spent.

You need to be careful there, Harr. You don't just play guys because they cost a lot of money or are on big wages etc That nonsense has helped to get us into the mess we're in now. If the manager doesn't believe a player is doing enough or not doing what he's been asked to do then he has a right not to pick that player. Succesive managers dropped or didn't pick Luongo and were happy to send Gladwin out on loan so at least there was a consistency in their thinking even if you and I didn't necessarily agree with the decisions.

Not really. Of course you dont always just start high cost players always. But considering who we bought this summer, the three players that cost the most Chery, Luongo and Gladwin havnt started as many games as we probably thought they would when we bought them. Ramsey played Luongo and Chery more I believe, then we scored more goals but conceded more.

I also have a nagging feeling that Luongo was dropped before JFH took over.

In the same way, James Perch was a consistently decent left back for the last two seasons There's so many players in the team that are inconsistent. I mean its only fourteen games but you would expect to see a few more signs of consistency now maybe. Is a very bad loss at home to Fulham and a last minute draw at a team with only 4 wins all season a sign of going forwards? We look look a below average Championship team. Maybe thats what we are supposed to be and the board think we should be at this point in time. I wasnt expecting a win every week with Hasselbaink but truthfully was expecting maybe a bit more than two wins in 14 matches.
