Whilst it is painfully obvious, it was only this morning that I realised just how far we have fallen.
It was only yesterday we were beating the unmentionables and claiming that 'West London is ouR's'
Today we are not second or third, but effectively bottom of the West London football league.
All writers on this board are QPR fans.
We'll support them no matter. We'll do as much as we can to make our kids R's fans and carry the tradition through.
I'm incredibly lucky, my son, now 28 is a season ticket holder next to me. Nothing better than having your son as a Rangers 'mate'.
But what about the future?
Kids growing up in West London now look at QPR as a team that loses to Fulham (on a very regular basis) and now loses, as I have constantly read, to Brentford for the 'first time in 50 years'.
Whilst there has always been the draw of the bigger clubs and supporting success, there has and always will be the local support.
Whilst we do have amazing travelling fans (Dave Thomas springs to mind but there are many not as 'high profile' and a few international ones too (although I'm sensing the Scandinavians are becoming fewer in their number) where will the youngsters in Acton, Hammermith etc want to go in the future?
Whilst the stadium move has gone incredibly quiet of late the dream of filling a 40,000, 35,000 or even 20,000 stadium is just a pipe dream.
West London is ouR's?

Why so down Marshbowles - we're still WAY above Hayes & Yeading United!
