I have never heard any person in football say a bad word about Nedum.
He is a top fella.

Aussies fans will remember Paul Harrigan from the Newcastle knights. He too, was called "The Chief" and fans loved to chant out an extended version of Chiiieeeeeeeeefff!

I have never heard any person in football say a bad word about Nedum. He is a top fella. Was speaking to a couple of City fans yesterday and he is still very highly regarded up there.

Would argue with him and Angella we have two of the best CB's in the league. He's really stepped up this season so far and was a great choice for captain.
The fact he's not only signed a new deal but turned down a Prem move because "QPR is his home now" really highlights how thing things have changed at QPR

Maybe being made captain made him sign a new contract

Maybe being made captain made him sign a new contract ....or the offer from Norwich. Whatever it was, I'm glad he's signed. Top bloke!

Very good to see, a consistent and hard working player who obviously wants to be here.
On a side note, great to see players who actually want to be here, and not just for top five premier league wages.

From westlondonsport. Reasons for Neddy signing? www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/football-wls-one-out-of-two-qpr-avert-bosman-threat-as-onuoha-agrees-extensionQPR captain Onuoha agrees two-year extensionBy West London Sport 02/09/2015 QPR have tied captain Nedum Onuoha to a new deal – averting the possibility of them losing the defender on a free transfer at the end of the season. Onuoha, 28, whose contract was due to expire next summer, has committed himself to the club until 2018 by signing a two-year extension. Rangers also want Charlie Austin to sign a new deal after the transfer window closed without any last-minute approaches being made for him. Striker Austin, who had been widely tipped to leave Loftus Road, is also in the final year of his contract. He previously declined to sign a new deal as Rangers struggled in the Premier League last season and were relegated. West London Sport revealed in July that QPR were considering making a new offer to Austin, who missed out on a substantial pay increase while keeping his options open – another contract would address that while still leaving the door open for a potential move but, crucially, protecting the club from the prospect of losing him for no fee. Director of football Les Ferdinand subsequently confirmed that Rangers were considering making the 26-year-old another offer. Onuoha, meanwhile, re-signed immediately after the transfer window closed, having snubbed a potential move to Norwich after being made aware of their interest.
