I love having a bet, just for fun, nothing serious. My bet is always 3-2 for sentimental reasons but also that it comes in normally a couple of times a season.
In addition I do a double for a defender to score such as Clint from a corner.
We have a new bookmaker, 'The Betting Room' and whilst jt is great we now have a dedicated coupon and the queues are much quicker, their odds are AWFUL.
3-2 yesterday was 20-1. The minimum it has ever been has been 25-1.
My 'double on a 3-2 and Hill last goal was 245-1. On Sky Bet it was 450-1.
For those of you that placed a bet on Clint scoring the first goal you'd have got 40-1 in the bookies. But at 'our bookies' at Loftus Road…….. that paid 25-1.
Come on Betting Room these odds are rubbish.

Write to the club marshbowles, you have a very good case for a proper answer as to why they are so tight. We get mugged enough at football, by the bookies as well is just a piss take

57, no questions are stupid, it's just the answers are sometimes!
Whilst you can shop around, I can go into Coral enroute to LR, it's a pain. The law of sod says I'll have a bet on Mackie…..and he doesn't play!
Having a bookies at the ground is fun, I do it for fun. I don;t want an on-line account with my credit card details. I just want to have a bet with some back pocket money and if it comes in great, if not well I haven't lost much.
My point remains that the odds that our new bookie are significantly less than other bookmakers. Whilst you sometimes get the odd point or two difference I think that all other bookmakers would have offered at the very least 33-1 on Clint Hill scoring the first goal. Our bookie was 25-1, that's a big difference.
