Dave McIntyre was very complimentary in a tweet
Whatever he did to help us up, he certainly wasnt able to keep us up(although obviously not exactly all up to him!)
He might be great with the players -and I presume he is - but his actual tweets I found were as if Yoda were tweeting

The motivational speaker and sports psychologist was brought in towards the end of the 2013/14 campaign, and played his part in QPR’s dramatic promotion to the top-flight. This season he remained involved with the club in a consultancy capacity. The club would like to thank Steve for his contribution during his time at Loftus Road, and wish him every success in the future. Club and players couldn't say enough about him after we won promotion. Haven't heard jack about him all season. Guess bullsh*t will only last so long.

I found the only real way to motivate someone is when they guy standing behind you in a uniform is holding a gun. Works well in China I hear.
