From the Offie PRE-SEASON PREVIEW: QPR v AS MONACOPUBLISHED 10:30 14th July 2015 by @qprfc Champions League quarter-finalists await at Stadio E. Brunod Chatillon ... Rangers will continue their pre-season campaign against AS Monaco at 4pm BST today (Tuesday) Important fan information for Monaco friendly WATCH: The game will be streamed live for QPR PlayerHD subscribers QPR play their second pre-season fixture later today, against Champions League quarter-finalists AS Monaco. After a straightforward victory over Verona Stars on Saturday, this evening’s opposition are sure to provide a much-tougher test. Barring the absence of injured duo Karl Henry and Yun Suk-Young, who have both stayed back home in London to regain fitness, Chris Ramsey has an otherwise fully-fit squad to choose from. That means we should see both Charlie Austin and Leroy Fer make their pre-season bows. The duo sat out of the weekend win over Verona Stars, having only returned to training two days previously. This summer, Austin has been on international duty with England, Fer with his native Netherlands. Ramsey fielded two almost-different teams for each 45 minutes on Saturday, and could well use most of his squad, at some stage, once again. Monaco, who knocked Arsenal out of the Champions League last term, also finished third in the top flight of French football. They have started their pre-season campaign with three defeats – against Hannover 96 (1-0), Shakhtar Donetsk (3-0) and Dynamo Moscow (1-0) – and will be looking to put that right against the R’s this evening. Kick-off at Stadio E. Brunod Chatillon is at 4pm BST, and you can watch this clash LIVE on QPR PlayerHD. Our tour operators made us aware of their non-fulfilment and we couldn't arrange another game.

Tomorrow's game cancelled, got an inter squad friendly instead I thought you meant they'd organised a friendly with the Inter Milan squad, what with it being in Italy and all. FFS.

From the Offie R’S DEPART ITALY AFTER INTERNAL FRIENDLY EXERCISEPUBLISHED 18:00 17th July 2015 by @qprfc First team fill fixture void ahead of return to London ... QPR round-off pre-season trip to Italy with internal friendly match Samba Diakite, Ale Faurlin, Osman Kakay and Aaron Mitchell (twice) all score in fixture Rangers travel back to London this evening (Friday), with flight from Milan Malpensa to Heathrow QPR took advantage of a cancellation in their pre-season schedule by playing an internal friendly fixture this afternoon. Chris Ramsey’s men fly home to London tonight after a week-long stay in Stresa, northern Italy. Today, Rangers were meant to play Saudi side Al Ittihad but instead partook in this match in Dormelletto. The two teams wore QPR’s blue and white and black and red colours respectively, with the latter coming out on top in a 4-1 victory. Both sides sported black shorts and socks, allowing boss Ramsey to rotate the teams at will. Youngster Aaron Mitchell came on as a substitute for the ‘away’ side and scored two goals, adding to strikes by Samba Diakite and another Under-21 in Osman Kakay. Ale Faurlin’s first half free-kick effort couldn’t rescue the home team. QPR (Home): Green, Comley, Onuoha (Haran 60), Caulker (Hill 60), Kpekawa (Hamalainen 30), Phillips, Faurlin, Gobern, Gladwin, Austin, Emmanuel-Thomas. Goals: Faurlin (43) QPR (Away): Lumley, Furlong (Shodipo 65), Schorch, Hill (Wise 60), Kakay, Hoilett, Luongo, Doughty (Mitchell 65), Diakite, Polter, Grego-Cox (Blackwood 65). Goals: Diakite (35), Kakay (52), Mitchell (86 & 88) Read more at www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/qpr-pre-season-friendly-rsinitaly-2554193.aspx#tsKZU2MqOZS8EvSG.99
