---------------
I kept one 'old head' at each position (Zamora, Henry, Dunne and Hill) Guys with good attitudes who work hard and provide leadership.
Obviously we would have to get a couple of strikers and midfielders in (loans and signings), preferably a forward with some size who can fill the Bobby role and learn from him, holding up the ball and laying it off and then pace, pace, pace!
Petrasso, Ehmer, Doughty, Furelong and Donaldson are all youth team products who have either seen some action this season or have been plying their trade in the lower leagues on loan. Ehmer I know is consistently man of the match for Gillingham. Let's see if they can make the step up.

Cant see us taking 3 Million for Sandro when he just cost us 7 . Cant see us selling Hoilett less than 3-4 Million We will probably get 2 Million Green We might try to recoup more than 5 Million Caulker as he cost us 7-8. We won't sell Taraabt for 3/4 Million , no point as we give Spurs 40 % and get 400k, cant see that he cost us 600k Would hope we get 12 Million for Charlie
The others seem about right to me.

When it comes to Taraabt and Hoilett I think you take what you can get in the interest of moving on. They are albatrosses around the neck of the club.
The rest of them seem like they should be worth far less than we bought them for considering their performances. Caulker has now been relegated twice on the trot and Sandro can not only not get on the field because he's injured all the time, but he appears to be a player without a work permit.

I still think we want a 1.5 Million fee for Taarabt. 3 Million plus Hoillet And although Caulker has been relegated twice, Bournemouth and Watford will want him I think we will want pretty much the fee we paid for him and Sandro. Bournemouth will take Sandro too, Harry can put a good word in for both, quality CB, great attitude and a dogged midfielder never injured

I love your enthusiasm for the kids Jake and depending on the FFP ramifications it is a path that we may have to follow, but we would need a few more wise heads around. This is where our transfer policy of the last few years is really hurting us, neither Hill nor Dunne should be on the field next season but one of them will have to be retained; I can't understand why Caulker has been so disappointing and Ned shows no signs of being a leader.
If Murphy's contract is up I'd let him go, Lumley and Lennox should be able to cover between them. You can add Mitchell, Comley, Harriman, Sendles-White, Kpekawa and Sutherland to your list of those who may have a chance, but, as is our custom, we are hopelessly short up front.
It would be naive to expect a team with that many fresh kids to survive, even if some have got a number of games under their belt in the lower divisions, so, although it could be interpreted as repeating the same mistake, we would need to sign a few of old pros to help them along. The right sort of course.
