Barton ......On the whole, the dressing room has turned up and given everything. One or two bad eggs have spoiled it. If it had been done my way, they would have been out of the building straight away. Taarabt ?? Mutch ?? A season barely passes without us getting bad eggs at QPR According to the mirror, Tarrabt, Traore, Zarate, Vargas and Isla. No surprise there then. I guess the biggest surprise is Isla because he has played nearly every game this season. The others are bit part players . However If I was Vargas and came to QPR on the pretense that he will be playing, I might be a bit miffed. Then finds himself doing F All most weeks . In my eye Vargas has been under used this season big time. The other three can do one.

Wasn't Traore one of Warnock's signings when TF took over? Thought his contract would have been up this y8ear like Barton & SWP. Quick question, seeing as you made such a big issue of it on Saturday, do you stil think Isla was not playing because he was injured? I didn't make a big issue about it, I just stated that it was what I heard. I don't believe all the bollocks that gets spewed out by the media and Barton has denied hat it was those players anyway.

Systemic failure. Complete disconnect from reality of what it takes to be a Prem team. Started at Craven Cottage, when Taraabt, seen waiting for a bus during match
and a 6-0 drubbing. Ended with another 6-0. But remember, Taraabt was responsible for us in getting to our impossible dream.

OK...But don't go the other extreme and downplay the very very important role Taarabt played in getting us promotion under Warnock. VEry much not on his own, but team was built around him - and he did perform (although even that season we saw the petulance, etc)

How come SWP evaded being labelled a bad egg?
He's the baddest, smelliest egg of all.
But what this thread reminded me was just how stupid were we to sell Jamie Mackie?
I'd trade all the bad eggs for one Jamie Mackie.

Well it's not Shaun Wright-Phillips www.london24.com/sport/football/clubs/qpr/chris_ramsey_hails_benched_qpr_star_and_names_good_eggs_ahead_of_newcastle_clash_1_4074358 London24 QPR manager Chris Ramsey says he has been impressed by Shaun Wright-Phillipsâ work ethic this season. Related articles QPR boss provides update on Sandro, Onuoha and Zamora ahead of Newcastle clash Chris Ramsey suggests QPR duo could leave if fitness does not improve The England international was criticised earlier in the campaign by former boss Harry Redknapp, who accused him of refusing to go out on loan to a Championship club. Wright-Phillips was offered the chance to move to Blackburn, Charlton and Bolton in order to play first-team football but according to Redknapp he opted to remain at Loftus Road, where he has rarely been in the side. Ramsey says that since he took over at QPR he has paid no attention to the issues Wright-Phillips had with the previous manager, and he insists the 33-year-old has been a consummate professional. âI might get maligned for saying it but Shaun has trained hard every single day,â he said. âWhatever has come before, I donât know the ins and outs. I have not acquainted myself with it on purpose because I wanted as many bodies available to be picked. âAs long as I have been here he has shown professionalism and acted accordingly. âI didnât understand what had gone on with that situation, hence why at any time when I have had the opportunity to play him, I have played him. Joey Barton blamed what he called âbad eggsâ in the squad for a disappointing season, but Ramsey has taken the time to praise the senior players that he felt fought admirably for survival. âIf you look at Clint Hill, Richard Dunne, Bobby Zamora, Rob Green, Joey, even Karl Henry, theyâre all 30 and above and they have always been ready to play week-in week-out,â he said. âRichard Dunne accelerated his return in order to be ready for the battle, Steven Caulker played with a broken hand. Joey has been available nearly every game. Karl Henry, because of his energy, has been moved around in order to play. You could see the anguish on Clint Hillâs face that we werenât getting it right at the weekend. âYou look at some of the older players who have been lambasted because weâre an âold squadâ, they have been the ones who have carried the fight.â ... We know the five it was, Ramsey practically said two of them yesterday, Vargas and Zarate when asked.
Question is did it have any affect on the team. Joey says no, not sure I agree personally ?
Anyhow, Im moving onto next season now.
Already a season of chaos. About 10 people out of contract, may lose our two best players, waiting to hear what punishment, waiting to have Ramsey confirmed, oh dear. It again sounds like our planning for the season could go tits up.
I was originally hoping we might make top six , now accepting mid table.

This praise of SWP is astounding. If he has been so great in training and professional in his attitude then why has he not been in the team all season??? Also if he has trained so well why has he been next to useless when on the pitch? Something stinks here!!!! Bad Eggs?

If it was down to who can perform on the pitch wouldn't Adel be in the team too? But no he's been abroad for the last week or so instead of training as far as I can tell...... Vargas is a disgrace for refusing to come on as a sub, it's not as if he's exactly been a world beater this season. Same with Isla. Don't care about losing either of them at the end of the season
