ALso FA Couple of Days Ago George Borg suspended from all football activity By FA Staff 28 Jan 2015 Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, Burnham Ramblers coach George Borg has been suspended from all football and football related activity until such time as the club has completed five first team matches in approved competitions after he was found guilty of aggravated misconduct. This suspension, however, is stayed until Mr Borg has received the written reasons for this decision and his period to appeal has expired. Mr Borg, who was the manager of Enfield Town when the incident occurred on 25 August 2014, was alleged to have used abusive and/or indecent and/or insulting words towards Wingate and Finchley FC supporters, contrary to Rule E3(1). It was further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) was an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin, and/or race, and/or religion or belief. Mr Borg denied the charge and requested a personal hearing at which the Independent Regulatory Commission found the charge proven. In addition, Mr Borg was fined £275 and ordered to complete an education programme. www.thefa.com/news/governance/2015/jan/george-borg-burnham-ramblers-aggravated-misconduct

Football Clubs Against Homophobia. Give me strength!
As I understand it there are apparently no homosexual players in the English Leagues. So the homosexual players in these clubs that have signed up for the Football Clubs Against Homophobia that feel they can't come out must be really happy their clubs have signed up.
What a bunch of hypocrites!

Sharkey "straight" to the point. I have never given a shite about a players preference. All I ask is that they gieve their best effort on the field for the club. I will never forget the rubbish Justin Fashanu received. He was a bloody good player and a great goal scorer. I would have loved him to have played for us.
