Everton and Arsenal away we won't win one this year I doubt . Redknapp should be disgusted by it, I know I would be if I were Manager.
Everyone in the world could see Swansea goals coming as we sat back further and further . What exactly are our tactics away from home ?

Our tactics do look like they are to hope for a point from the start. If we had gone for it tonight and lost 3-2 as Leicester did against us, I would of been fairly happy in defeat.

I agree Andrew .If would play that way in five more matches we might maybe get one 0-0 draw. Show some more attacking action and maybe you win one or two . If that was the most we could set our sights to after already losing 6 away games and scoring two goals heaven help us .

None of you understand: It's HARD www.espnfc.co.uk/queens-park-rangers/story/2177498/harry-redknapp-blames-fixture-sequence-for-qprs-slow-startHarry Redknapp blames fixture sequence for QPR's slow start Rob Green was on form on Tuesday but could not prevent Swansea's two goals. Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp remained optimistic despite yet another away defeat, 2-0 to Swansea, on Tuesday. QPR's loss leaves them in the bottom three and still without an away point since their promotion last season. But Redknapp feels that life on the road has not been helped by the tough sequence of fixtures they've had in the first half of the season. "We've had hard games," said Redknapp. "We caught Newcastle on the back of a five-match winning run then we went to Chelsea, Man United and Tottenham earlier in the season when they looked like they were going to be flying. They have not been easy games.
"Look at the table and the teams that have come up -- it's a big step up."Redknapp praised the form of goalkeeper Rob Green and said the 34-year-old had responded to the challenge of Alex McCarthy, who joined Rangers from Reading in August. "Rob Green was in great form. Alex has come in and pushed Rob's game onto another level, he's been fantastic for us," said Redknapp. "If they score early then you are in for a very long night, but the longer the game goes on at 0-0 then the fans get edgy. At 0-0 you are bang in the game and when you get to 12 minutes to go then you are close. "We've been like that in the last couple of away games at Newcastle and Chelsea and we just couldn't quite hang on there." MAIL EXCERPT We've had hard games,' said Redknapp after his side, mainly goalkeeper Rob Green, kept Swansea goalless until the 78th minute on Tuesday night. Dear oh dear , that's what happens throughout the season you hit teams in form, sadly nobody hits us on form because we can't string two wins together . His excuses are now pathetic, they may wash with TF but don't with me, get on with it . Spurs were flying? they lost at home to Liverpool, WBA,Stoke and Newcastle but made us look like boys, a gutless performance from QPR not because they were on form. Man U ditto the same. Burnley are on form Harry .

I think the opposite. I think this is a good time to be playing Burnley at home. We play well there and Burnley have just taken a point and we lost. All added incentive for us to win IMO.

That's very Doubtful .
As far as my negative head can see it, our season pretty much hinges on those three home games at home Burnley,WBA and Palace . Harry might not like calling them must win but hey, reality check. Win them all we might well stay up. Lose or draw them it's more likely we won't.
Our home form has been decent the last three games, need that to continue for the next three and longer

Although the performances away from home have not been good when you look at teams we've played away they are all in the top half of the league and those away games will not be the ones that will keep us up. As I've said before we are in a mini league of our own and have no doubt that once we start playing them lower teams away we will start picking up points. Our home form against these lower teams is all important as this will give us confidence when playing them teams away. I not panicking yet long way to go!!!!

god help us if our home form dips because as far as I can see it is the only thing keeping us in touch ,away form awful ,you can say about we have played top teams but IMO if you play teams away and set up to defend and hope to nick a goal then you deserve all you get ,says it all when the keeper is motm ,we just sat deeper and deeper and invited them on which you cannot do with a team like Swansea ,enough said

I would be very surprised if we don't win an away game this season. Plenty of away games to come against fellow strugglers.
Are you lot seriously suggesting we won't get draws and a few wins against the equally pish poor teams around us?
Considering our away form, the fact that we are 1 point off of safety shouldn't be dismissed lightly.
We aren't good enough to go away and beat the top teams in this league. We know that. But I think we're capable of getting enough points on the road against our fellow relegation battlers to survive.
Whether we get them or not is another matter but that's the same for all the teams down the bottom too.
I'm not too downhearted today because I think the away form is going to change with more friendly fixtures.

Does it really matter. We went a Hughesian zero wins but we were starting to improve. We get all muddled away from home, worse in Wales. If we stay up go down I believe they are doing the best they can. Personally, and thats me only, I find watching them a chore. Unless Charlie scores a brace or so then I get fizzed up.

Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, Sunderland, Villa, West Brom etc. We also went through the 68-69 season drawing four away games & losing the rest! I'm not saying it will happen this time, but it is certainly possible. Especially if we don't try to attack the opposition.

But it would be nice to have a couple of draws from the fixtures so far. I would hope in those fixtures Redknapp is going for it with an attacking team. In the next half we will also have to steal a couple from the top teams at home. For now, just have to worry about getting 3 points from the fellow strugglers at home this month.

Harry is right, it is hard, very hard, hence we have spent tens of millions over and above our income to address that and make it much less hard. So why a manager who is one the best paid in European football at a club with a very high wage spend complaining so much?
How much have Burnley spent by comparison?

I work in sports media in America and so I've covered pretty much all the team sports and I've never encountered one like football where people are so obsessed with how a team plays 'away'. People act as if it's a completely different game, you have to play differently, start different players.
Swansea has a rectangular field with a goal at either end right? Is the ball the same size? Are the rules the same as when we play at LR?

I think Mac might have missed the points out Andrew ... 1.0 - 1.5 Is our next Away game live on Sky .at Goodison ... Oh boy lets hope it's not as dreadful as the last three At White Hart Lane , Old Traffird and Boleyn they were appalling. Not sure what positives we can take from those three live away games apart from the fact we only conceded ten . We must be able to improve on those three, a goal would help. Maybe get a shock win, Hull just got a point there. Seem to recall NW got a gritty win there too for us. Maybe where our away form kicks off.

Disgusted or embarrassed, after all he decides the tactics for the team to use and obviously his tactics are not worth diddly squat in this area. On this, Harry should be accepting full responsibility and actually do something to rectify it. I'm going to win Lotto this Saturday too I hear. 7 losses in a row Harry. SEVEN!

I just don't see it - And I see Joey Barton is also using that argument www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/joey-barton-qpr-premier-league-swansea-city-2121532.aspx "QPR Talking Points" Our best hope might be pulling off a shock against a better club who underrates us - rather than a fellow struggler (or mid table) who take the game seriously But no matter how bad a team you are, you SHOULD be able to grab at least one or two victories away in a season - along with a few draws

Remind me, how many bottom half teams have we played away this season? Remind me, how many bottom half teams we lost to in the last two seasons. Neither question has much relevance as to whether we get the points we need away from home this season, but if we don't bother to attack we won't get many.
