I have questioned the tactics of Harry a few times on this Board and have challenged all of us to question the style of play and passion shown. Last night showed us a different side of QPR and one that was a lot closer to the QPR I grew up supporting.
There was passion from ALL of us. From the supporter that normally only moans or says nothing where everyone supported the Club....... although what happened in the SAR....were them some Wigan in that needed to be shown the door?
We saw passion on the pitch and hats off to Barton who was immense.
Turning points were Clint going off and the Korean adding a completely new dimension to the structure of the left side and although I thought I'd never write this, Bobby Zamora using his experience and years to fantastic use. Well done Harry, two great substitutions.....but why did it take you so long to kick out that ridiculous lead signer of Earth Wind and Fire?
O'Neil had a bit of a mare and I still think that Hoillet and SWP come from the same 'run down blind alleys' gene pool but if we go to Wembley and play with the same level of commitment and passion then we have a brilliant chance.
It just leaves me wondering if we have played with a bit more tempo throughout the season we'd already be promoted.
Still a day out at Wembley........it won't be easy but we can turn them over.

Agree with pretty much all of that... watch harry drop ysy again now...he's a left back...hill/dunne are not..come on harry he should be starting the final! Our wings leave me most worried do we 2 decent wingers ? Hoilett was very hit and miss, got the penalty and then nearly gifted them a goal late on. I still maintain harry doesn't know out best 11 and I'm starting to understand why.

MB10, You said that if, we had played with a little more tempo, we may be already promoted. You may be right, but I think, a bigger bearing, is that Charlie Austin, missed about 16 games,? due to injury. I wonder how many games we may have won, if Charlie had been available.

True but our last promotion season problem was relying on 1 player too much...none of the teams around us have relied on one player. Of course we didn't just lose Charlie we lost Ale and Phillips. I'm not disagreeing I think we would have finished top 2 just a shame we don't seem to have a second decent striker...arise sir bobby

I have a feeling Derby played their final at home to Brighton, long time in football two weeks. We need the two weeks to get all our OAPs walking again!

Oh boy I'm going to be hit now but Charlie Austin is not the finished article yet. As all good strikers do he works very hard and his penalty and second goal were top drawer. However I do think we've still to see the best of him. Absolutely had he not been injured we would have scored another 10+ goals and draws would have been wins losses draws...we'd have been much closer to automatic spot. However I remain totally convinced that the style of football we have played this season hasn't played to our strengths and neither have we, as supporters been the 12th man no matter what Beard may say in the programme.
Loftus Road has at times has been as quiet as a Church.
Play with some tempo and speed and the crowd are up and that makes the whole place and the team a different proposition.
Last night may have been 'Plan B'....I suggest we stick to it!

Harry has shown he can tactically win games in the last handful(especially against Wigan) and it's seems the playoffs have brought some passion out of him. McClaren is easily a better coach than Harry, but Harry is the better manager. As far as who starts, I agree YSY needs to be out there. Also I am surprised Benayoun hasn't seen the light of day in the playoffs, especially with his recent form and the fact that we have no real left winger.
