First match played at the Park Royal Agricultural Grounds Saturday 3 September, 1904. QPR Team: Collins, Archer, Newlands, Bowman, Hitch, Cross. J, Stewart, Ronaldson, Bevan, Blackwood, Singleton. The Loss of the Park Royal Agriculteral Showgrounds At Auction, 2000 Lots comprising of: 7,000 sleepers, 50 Iron Tanks, Battens, Floorboards, Scantling and Firewood. Offered for sale by Messrs. Joshua Baker,Cooke & Standen. The only building left standing was the Main Stand which overlooked the Show Ring now being used by Queen's Park Rangers as their pitch.
